Lot’s of new faces around here, so it felt like it was time for a little intro 🤎 Hiii, I’m Baylee!

5 years ago, fresh out of college & at a time when travel was still a little rocky (post-covid) - I took a leap of faith to pursue a career where I could do what I love: plan, travel & serve others. And wow, what a blessing it’s been. I’ve planned some incredible trips, visited amazing destinations & had the chance to work with the absolute BEST people along the way.

By day, I’m the Director of Operations at @hctravelfirm … and a travel advisor the rest of the time too because I love this industry & company way too much to ever fully clock out ;)

I love laying on a beach just as much as I love hiking in the mountains. I still get giddy for every sunrise & sunset above the clouds, but I’ll always enjoy a road trip. I live for the adventure but appreciate the moments to slow down & reset. I love everything about travel - the good, the hard & the beautiful. The way it pushes you, teaches you & opens your eyes to new ways of life.

And what I love even more is helping others experience all of that too ✨

Y’all… Napa in December is PURE 👏🏼 MAGIC 👏🏼.
We’re talking temperatures that aren’t too cold or too hot, cozy layers that make picking out outfits actually fun, and the golden hour?! It’s insane.

Every hotel, vineyard, and restaurant feels more intimate. The pace is basically “California island time,” and the people were some of the warmest we’ve met. With no waitlists and barely any crowds, it felt like we had the whole town to ourselves.

Add in festive décor, incredible food (seriously, not one bad meal), great company, and it’s impossible not to fall in love.

We’re convinced December is Napa’s most underrated season—and maybe its best-kept secret.
