There’s something special about the couples and families who make travel a priority.

A quick weekend getaway, the trip that’s been “someday” for way too long, or the bucket-list adventure you’ve been talking about forever. Honestly, there’s never a bad reason to just go. Big or small, watching our clients finally make it happen never gets old.

Even better is when one trip turns into two, then three... (fair warning: the travel bug is very contagious ;)

Most of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals, and we don’t take that lightly. Getting to plan your escape from the office, the group chat, the carpool line, and everyday life is kind of the best job ever.

So thank you for trusting us with your out-of-office days. We’ll always consider that a pretty big deal.

A postcard from the Jackson Hole for the first day of fall, because there’s no place quite like the Tetons this time of year.

Crisp mornings, sunrises & sunsets worth chasing, incredible wildlife sightings, and a mountain town that will have you dreaming about your next visit before you’ve even left.

Is Jackson Hole & Grand Teton National Park on your list? We’d love to help you get there!

Because the best parts of travel aren’t always the expensive ones.

Sometimes, they’re the little things you didn’t plan for and the moments you wish you could bottle up and take home.

What’s worth it to you?

Frames from the field!

We’ve been a little quiet over here on Instagram, but for all the best reasons...

➝ Summer travel season is officially in full swing.
➝ Kendra, Morgan & Leah explored Greece.
➝ Molly checked Zambia off the list & is on her way to Australia!
➝ Ellie & her family visited Bonaire & now she’s in Italy.
➝ Heather officially has a 1st grader & another middle schooler (send coffee & prayers).
➝ Meg has a newly licensed SENIOR on the road & another one heading to middle school who just made the dance team - all while going back & forth to Michigan to finish up their lake house. She’s a super mom!
➝ Baylee, Caitlin & Madison all became homeowners!
➝ We welcomed two advisors & a new client coordinator to the HC Travel Firm team. We even squeezed in a trip to Charleston for training & a little hotel scouting, of course.

We know you’ve been busy too. Between graduations, classroom parties, sports playoffs & the end-of-school-year chaos, it’s been a whirlwind.

Now that we’re all settling into summer, we’ve been planning the rest of 2026 & beyond.

If Labor Day weekend, fall break, holiday travel, or even 2027 vacations are on your mind, now is the time to start the conversation.

As always, thank you for your support, referrals, and trust. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of your travel stories.

Cheers to a summer filled with fun, memories & a little time to slow down. ☀️✈️
