Calling all Turks! 18 years ago I went to Istanbul to help @chefjgv open a Spice Market at the W hotel in Beşiktaş. It was my first opening with the team abroad and it was truly an unforgettable experience!

I am happy to report I am returning to Istanbul this Thursday through the weekend to Tuesday. If you were at the hotel when I was there please reach out! I’d love to have a little gathering one evening if we could!
