You’ve heard us sing it.
You’ve even sung it back to us.
And been asking us to release it for YEARS… 👀

So we thought it was probably time.

𝗞𝗘𝗘𝗣 𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 (𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻) 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁. 𝗕𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲 — 𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗪. 🎶🔥

A song that’s lived on our stages for years finally has a home off it.

And while we’re opening the vault… we might have found a few more things in there. 👀

Let’s just say Keep Moving isn’t the only unreleased LCGC music you’ll be hearing before the year is out. 🤫

Stream it now. 🔗 BIO

When the applause swelled in the big concert hall during Skjærgårdssang on Friday evening, it was not just an award being presented. It was also a gesture of thanks to someone who, for decades, has used song to build community.

Join us at www.ChoirBuilders.com

On Friday evening, Leif Ingvald Skaug was awarded the 2026 «Lighthouse award» during the opening concert of the Skjærgårdssang festival in Langesund.
«Leif Ingvald Skaug is awarded the 2026 «Lighthouse» award for his tireless work as a musician, organist, conductor, network builder, and source of inspiration within the Christian community in Norway. He possesses a burning passion and is a true beacon of light in Christian Norway,» the jury wrote in its citation.

Congrats to our founder!

He has opened the door for many

Some build stages.
Others build community.
Through Gospel Explosion, Leif Ingvald Skaug has done both.
According to the jury, thousands of singers have participated in his projects.

He has established choirs in Oslo, Bergen,Trondheim and Indre Østfold where people from various denominations meet regularly to sing together.
During the coronavirus pandemic, he also gathered over 100,000 people each month for digital devotionals and choir rehearsals under the name «Organisten» (The Organist).
The jury believes Skaug has done more than just create concerts.
«Through his work, Leif Ingvald has lowered the barrier to joining a choir and created interdenominational meeting places that unite singers and audiences across denominations and congregations, both locally and nationally,» the press release states.

The citation also highlights the projects Gospel Explosion and PeaceChoir.
«The jury highlights how Skaug has used the power of music and initiatives like Gospel Explosion and PeaceChoir to uplift individuals, and how, through his passionate commitment, he continues to be a safe and inspiring beacon for those around him,» the organizers write.

The Lighthouse Award is presented by the Skjærgårds Foundation to honor individuals who have steadfastly championed modern Christian song and music over many years and who have significantly impacted people’s lives of faith. by @bazil.meade
