Turns out the best therapy is a few easy kilometres with good people and a cold one waiting at the end 🍻

Weekly group runs at BORN Brewing are wrapping up for the season on October 29, but we’ll keep the crew together with a monthly run all winter long.

The nicest thing someone can say to us about Run Crew is that they felt welcomed here.

That’s our entire goal- to offer a place where pace really doesn’t matter. Whether you are training for something or just getting started, whether you come with a friend or are hoping to make a new one- we want you to feel welcomed at BORN on Thursday nights 💕

One of our most welcoming runners earned her shirt last night 💕

Jen always has a big smile on her face and is often seen running with new faces to the crew, at whatever pace they want to that night. She is a pillar on Thursdays, making sure everyone feels welcome and included.

Jen- thank you for the joy & friendliness you bring every week, and for always making new run crew-ers feel like regulars. We are SO grateful for you 💕 by @bbco.erin

The word “Community” gets thrown around a lot.

But what else would you call Thursdays nights at BORN?

We’re having great conversations, forming friendships, welcoming new faces, enjoying movement together, supporting each other and sharing a lot of laughs.

If that’s not community, I’m not sure what is.

We’d love you to join us for Run Crew:

This deserved a permanent spot on the feed. How lucky am I to be surrounded by people who push me, believe in me, and cheer me on along the way.

This weekend @lewistonultraevents MMTR I was reminded that doing big scary things is what this life is all about. Run that race, chase that dream, do something that might end in failure. A big shoutout to @karaleiny who is the kind of friend that screams as you run into her open arms at the finish line, and to all my run crew pals for the constant support, and to @shelbymcq for spending her entire Saturday on a mountain handing out snacks just so she could be there for me in case it all went to hell. And to my ride or die run crew pals @coach.jocelyn & @taylorparadis12 thanks for bringing the joy back to running.

Life is good when you choose to do hard things. 🤍🤍 by @bbco.erin
