Turns out the best therapy is a few easy kilometres with good people and a cold one waiting at the end 🍻

Weekly group runs at BORN Brewing are wrapping up for the season on October 29, but we’ll keep the crew together with a monthly run all winter long.

The nicest thing someone can say to us about Run Crew is that they felt welcomed here.

That’s our entire goal- to offer a place where pace really doesn’t matter. Whether you are training for something or just getting started, whether you come with a friend or are hoping to make a new one- we want you to feel welcomed at BORN on Thursday nights 💕

One of our most welcoming runners earned her shirt last night 💕

Jen always has a big smile on her face and is often seen running with new faces to the crew, at whatever pace they want to that night. She is a pillar on Thursdays, making sure everyone feels welcome and included.

Jen- thank you for the joy & friendliness you bring every week, and for always making new run crew-ers feel like regulars. We are SO grateful for you 💕

The word “Community” gets thrown around a lot.

But what else would you call Thursdays nights at BORN?

We’re having great conversations, forming friendships, welcoming new faces, enjoying movement together, supporting each other and sharing a lot of laughs.

If that’s not community, I’m not sure what is.

We’d love you to join us for Run Crew:
Thursdays at 6:30pm
BORN Brewing in Calgary
5k run, 6k run & 3k walk options

Kat earned her Run Crew shirt!! 🥳🥳

@bbco.erin & I have the most fun hosting our Run Crew on Thursday nights at @bornbrewingco - and nothing tops getting to hand out our very special Run Crew T-Shirts!

Congrats @akatandherdogs on earning yours. You are such a light in our little community, and we’re so grateful you spend Thursdays with us 💕💕

Do something that scares you.

That’s what my dear friend Erin did this weekend: she absolutely crushed the 29km distance at the Moose Mountain Trail Race only a few short months after foot surgery.

In case you didn’t know, Erin is one of the owners of BORN Brewing and is the bestest Run Crew Co-Host I could ask for. She selflessly brings the running community together at every opportunity, cheers relentlessly for the people around her & is an all-around amazing human.

We’re looking forward to the epic de-brief about her race on Thursday at 6:30pm when we meet up at BORN! CONGRATS ERIN!!!!!
