BC Bike Race has always been about experiencing the best trails in BC. In 2027 we're adding a new way to do it.

BCBR Enduro is new for 2027 — 5 days, separate course from the XC race, timed descents with neutral riding between stages, and only 150 spots for the inaugural edition.

Whistler. Squamish. Cumberland. North Cowichan. May 24-28

30 years of events. Right back where it all began.

At MegaVolt Squamish this past weekend, Dean realized he'd hit a pretty incredible milestone: 30 years of producing events.

And here's where it gets good.

His career started right here in Squamish, at Dryden Creek Campground. Three decades later, that same spot, now MTNFUN Campground, was home base for MegaVolt 2026.

A lot has changed in 30 years. The events have gotten bigger, the bikes have gotten better, and the stories have gotten longer. But Dean's passion for bringing people together through sport hasn't gone anywhere.

If you've been part of BC Bike Race or MegaVolt over the years, chances are you've got a Dean story of your own.

Here's to 30 years of big ideas, good people, and a whole lot of organized chaos.

Cheers, Dean. We love ya. by @bcbikerace

The eEnduro presented by @orbea did not disappoint. 25km of Squamish’s finest, 3 timed stages, and one very spicy bonus stage for those who wanted the extra suffering.

Did you hit the bonus stage? Drop a 🔥 below if you survived it.

Today’s eXC presented by @transitionbikes was exactly what you though racing eMTBs on a Squamish XC course was going to be like.

Squamish is known for its slabs — so we may as well climb them.

MegaVolt Hill Climb Challenge presented by @oneupcomponents is the right way to kick off the weekend ⚡️⚡️
