The @bcbikerace is a long standing leader among mtb stage races.

For 2022 the juggernaut relocates from the coastal regions inland to the Okanagan Valley.

So we looked into the course to see if you can teach an old dog new tricks, and checked in with a few riders to see what they would change or improve in their setup for the new venue.

#BCBR 2019 Day Two presented racers with some wet, greasy and challenging conditions but that did not slow them down!
Riding smart and carefully, riders attacked the gruelling climbs and let ‘er rip on smooth singletrack cut through the lush coastal forest.

The weekend was a hit! Thank you to everyone who made the time to come down and check out the BC Home & Garden Show and the #UrbanGarage! And for those of you keeping up from afar, thank you for the support and generous compliments. At the core of what I do, I want to create spaces that people enjoy being in and are inspired by. I truly believe that any designed space should not only look pretty at a glance, but should continue to reveal it's details to those within it.
I have to give a huge amount of appreciation to @vanhomeshows and @reformationpr for always supporting me and providing for me these amazing, amazing opportunities to showcase what I know and am so passionate about. Thank you for showing me the design trade show ropes and for constantly having my back in all the necessary preparations that are required of these events.
Thank you of course to all my partners in putting together the #UrbanGarage. @countryfurniture1979, @garage_guru @eastindiacarpets @rockymountainbicycles @bcbikerace @morebikescanada @craftworksconstruction @garagedoordepot #graytek #proslats. Needless to say, I couldn't have created this without you.

I won!! Here was my maintenance tip: Use an old spoke, bent in an n shape, to hold a chain together when reassembling it on the bike. Frees up two hands then to get the pin lined up in the chain tool. You just put the chain through the drivetrain as you would, then slide the n in so the chain stays out with two little dangling parts for you to work on.

I'd like to thank all my fans, the academy, and my friends for supporting me.
