Goodbye August, hello 30s.

My 20s gave me some of the best memories, hardest lessons, unexpected adventures, and people I’ll carry with me forever. I’ve grown, changed, traveled, laughed, cried, and learned to appreciate every version of myself along the way.

Feeling incredibly grateful for the life I’ve built and even more excited for everything I haven’t experienced yet.

Cheers to 30 and whatever adventure comes next. 🤍 by @bcoffey96

Concert Galore 🎶

• The Fray & Dashboard Confessional: Sang my heart out, shed a few tears, and even caught one of Joe King’s guitar picks. An unforgettable night.

• Warped Tour 2026: A full dose of nostalgia that brought me right back to my childhood. To top it off, I was lucky enough to score a Papa Roach set list.

• Zach Bryan: Easily one of the best concerts I’ve been to in a long time. The music was incredible, and getting a tote bag from Zach Bryan’s dad made the night even more memorable.

Three concerts in two weeks… and I wouldn’t change a thing. 🤍

One month later and I’m still missing the Hawaii Adaptive Surf Championship (HASC) and everyone who makes it feel like home.

2026 brought incredible surf conditions, unforgettable wins, a few sea urchin encounters, and, most importantly, the love and happiness that comes from being reunited with this amazing family. Counting down until the next one.

Day 3: Sequoia National Park

🥾 Sherman Tree, Congress Trail, Trail of the Sequoias & Tharp Trail
* 8 miles
After driving from Yosemite to Sequoia National Park, I spent the afternoon wandering through some of the most incredible sequoia groves I’ve ever seen. While the Sherman Tree area was busy, the crowds quickly disappeared once I reached the Trail of the Sequoias and Tharp Trail. Surrounded by towering giants and peaceful forest, it felt like I had the park all to myself.

🌅 Moro Rock

* .5 mile
* 350 steps
* 300 ft elevation gain

I caught the last shuttle to Moro Rock and was rewarded with a breathtaking sunset overlooking the Sierra Nevada and the valley below. While waiting, I met two guys from LA, and we ended up laughing for hours. After sunset, we made the 2.5-mile walk back under a sky full of stars.

It’s funny how some of the best parts of traveling aren’t planned. The views are unforgettable, but sometimes it’s the people you meet along the way that make a place even more special.

Yosemite completely exceeded my expectations.

No photo can truly capture the scale of this place. From watching the sunrise light up Half Dome, to standing beside crystal-clear rivers, towering granite walls, and some of the greenest meadows I’ve ever seen, I found myself stopping constantly just to take it all in.

I originally planned to spend the entire Memorial Day weekend here, but with the crowds, I decided to spend my last day exploring another national park instead. The good news? Yosemite gave me every reason to come back.

🏔️ Day 1
• Half Dome Summit
• 16.4 miles
• 8,800 ft elevation gain
• Sunset at Tunnel View

🚴‍♀️ Day 2
• 13.2 miles biking through Yosemite Valley
• Lower Yosemite Falls
• Mirror Lake
• El Capitan Meadow and other iconic viewpoints
• Sunset at Glacier Point
• Ended the night watching climbers on El Capitan

🌅 Day 3
• Sunrise hike to Sentinel Dome

What I loved most about Yosemite wasn’t just the famous landmarks, it was how every turn revealed another view that made me stop and stare. It’s one of those places that reminds you just how incredible our national parks really are.

On Fridays, we summit @thenorthface logo

Half Dome ⛰️
• 16.4 miles
• 4,800+ ft elevation gain
• 8,890 ft summit elevation
• 11 hours of hiking
• 400 ft cable climb at a 45° angle
• Countless switchbacks
• Loads of joy, adrenaline, and accomplishment

I was one of only 50 day hikers awarded a permit through the daily lottery. I started this hike at 0430 completely alone, with no idea what the park even looked like in daylight. As the sun rose over Nevada Falls and lit up the mountains, I was in complete awe.

Around mile 3.5, I ran into an incredible group of four hikers who basically adopted me for the next 13 miles. Without them, I definitely would’ve hit some mental walls from exhaustion on Sub Dome and Half Dome.

By hour five, we reached Sub Dome, which honestly felt more physically demanding than Half Dome itself. Endless switchbacks, slick granite stairs, and nonstop elevation gain. Then you finally reach the top and see the daunting cables stretching straight up the face of Half Dome. That’s when your mind really starts racing.

The final pitch is about a 400-foot climb up steel cables at a steep 45-degree angle. For someone who normally doesn’t fear heights, this climb genuinely challenged me mentally. I had to constantly talk myself through it; it became a true mind over matter moment.

Standing on top, I felt one of the biggest rushes of accomplishment I’ve ever experienced. Grateful I pushed through the fear, grateful for the people I met along the way, and already excited for the next bucket-list hike.

Byron Bay, you were pure magic
I am Grateful for this family and each time I get to volunteer to get out there with them.

These athletes are incredible, competing in a fast-growing sport, but it’s not a cheap journey. If you or someone you know would love to sponsor an athlete or foundation, please let me know!

Already counting down the days until we’re back together in Hawaii. 🌺 🌊 taken in Byron Bay, Australia by @bcoffey96

Bucket list moment officially checked off and honestly, I still can’t believe it. Seeing not one but two whale sharks while scuba diving in Koh Tao was surreal. Those are the kind of experiences that remind you why you chase adventure in the first place. taken in Koh Tao Island by @bcoffey96

I will never be over the people I met down in southern Thailand. 🇹🇭
The kind of connections you don’t plan for and honestly couldn’t forget even if you tried. Unreal days, even better nights, and memories I know I’ll carry way past this trip. Grateful this world throws strangers together. taken in Thailand by @bcoffey96
