Seeing our car out on track made every late night and every challenge worth it.

This season pushed every department to learn, adapt and work together. Watching it all come together at Formula Student made us incredibly proud.

A huge thank you to everyone who played a part in this year’s journey. This was a week we’ll all remember.

Formula Student 2026. 🏎️💙

Months of hard work, late nights and determination all led to this moment.

For the first time in seven years, our car passed every scrutineering stage and was ready to take to the track. Alongside that, achieving 2nd place in the Project Management Event and 5th place in Business Plan made this year’s Formula Student even more special.

This week wasn’t just about the results. It was about every person who gave their time, supported one another and helped make BCU Racing what it is. We couldn’t be prouder of what this team achieved, both on and off the track.

Thank you, Formula Student 2026. We’ll never forget it.

From CAD and material selection to fully assembled, functional components on the car. 🏎️

These images show two of the parts we manufactured for BCU Racing during their Formula Student build:

🔹 Air intake printed in PAHT-CF
🔹 Steering wheel structure printed in PPA-CF
🔹 Electronics enclosure printed in ASA

It is brilliant to finally see the components fitted, assembled and operating as part of the finished vehicle.

The steering wheel gives the driver direct access to key vehicle telemetry, while the air intake demonstrates how engineering-grade additive manufacturing can support real motorsport applications beyond initial prototyping.

A huge congratulations to the students who designed, developed, tested and assembled these systems. We are proud to have supported the team and helped turn their ideas into functional parts for the car.

Seeing the finished components in action is what makes projects like this so rewarding. 💙🏁
