We’re honoured to be partnering with hear-in’ for next weeks shindig. hear-in’ is about making hearing care part of the experience.

Founded by @be.lo.ke following her diagnosis of moderate hearing loss and tinnitus, it changed the way she thought about sound and helped align her work with purpose.

The aim is simple, to change the way we engage with sound and move hearing health from an afterthought into something that feels natural.

Through creativity, education and practical action, hear-in’ is working towards spaces where care and enjoyment can coexist.

On 05/09, Revamp Your Senses will be raising funds to help hear-in’ continue that work across venues, events and with punters across Manchester.

And, as it turns out, 05/09 is also International Day of Charity. Complete coincidence, so if you didn’t have a reason to come before, now ya do!

𖣐 Revamp your senses 𖣐

What happens when we listen a little differently?

On 5th September, we’re joining forces with hear-in’ for the first of their ‘senses’ collaborations at @honeystreet.studio

Step out of the noise for a day and night of music, art, food and making ~ built around discovery, connection and experiencing a club night in a different way.

Expect favourite local selectors, makers and friends, audio delicacies, a communal seasonal feast and hands-on workshops.

All while raising funds for hear-in’ and their work rethinking hearing health in the music industry through creativity and culture.

We’ll be announcing the full program shortly!

Find your tickets over at Resident Advisor.

come and play with purpose 🌀

Only 2 days to go (!!!!) until our lovely Friday party, and to round off the deejays we have none other than the wonderful @be.lo.ke 🌅

We’ve been excited for ages for this as we’ve witnessed Beth rip up a fair number of dancefloors over the past couple of years, always bringing electric energy & wicked genre-defying selections. We can expect to be seriously entertained, that’s for sure.

We’re buzzin to see what she brings down into the basement 🌞 taken in Stage & Radio by @be.lo.ke

Two northern musical souls collide in a b2b for the books. After taking the roof off of renae last year, we had to do it all over again, this year in the hallowed ground of The Golden Lion as we mark 2 rotations around the sun.

The Manchester debut of Deetron presents Soulmate. With releases on Munich’s legendary label Ilian Tape, Sam Geiser (Deetron) has long been a pillar of the global scene. His SOULMATE alias will be showcasing a 3 turntable masterclass, digging deeper into the warm, house-inflected, and Detroit-influenced sounds that define his musical DNA. This is sophisticated, high-energy dance music built for an intimate basement setting.

✧ 2SB ✧

We’re only 3 days away!! Next up we have the tried-and-tested Manchester duo: @2sb2sb2sb, made up of @sydnotc.i.d and @be.lo.ke

Beth (b.lo) is a well-versed head, having earned the trust of the Manchester scene with her genre-fluid sets and instinctive nature behind the decks. She moves the room through groove, anchored in deep introspection while still leaning into the light and playful.

Syd (Syco) is the perfect complement to his counterpart, exploring rich sonic palettes and left-field club energy.

The unmistakable energy between them is what’s had them playing Hidden, Soup, Stage & Radio and the DBA alongside the likes of Aloka, Blu Mitsu, Papa Nugs and Reptant.

So glad to have them on Opal Phase team this Saturday.
