Wilfred Bruce... First and Last day 😭Keep doing everything you always do. We used to describe you as a drunk dinosaur 🦖 always loud and bashing about. You're still loud, you still bash about but you are charming, kind, gorgeous and joyful. You actually drive me nuts everyday, but we love watching you grow up into a brilliant human. I will cry today, because I'm sad - like all parents - it really goes so quickly and in a blink of an eye, this next chapter will be finished too. My darling Shaun, we had you from the minute you were born, you gave me so much joy and love, you made everyone know you were here. You were adored by everyone, taking the baton of daddy Cat and being the boss of our animal family. To say I’m devastated is an understatement, our hearts are emptier tonight without you. I’m going to miss you so much. We have and have had so many animals in our home but now and again we have ones that we hold dearest, my boy you were mine and Emme’s. 🎂10🎂 Happiest of birthdays to our Wilfy. We’ve spent the past couple of days in London watching @hamiltonwestend and @cursedchildldn looking forward to some quiet days at home with the rest of the gang. I have no idea where the past ten years have gone. The dichotomy of constantly planning ahead and missing the everyday moments that seem to whizz by. Wilf is wild, curious, charming and brilliant. I’ve loved stomping round with him, eating all the lush food and getting lost inside the Lego store. His laugh is infectious, he gives his seat up on the tube, he walks fast and he chats the best chat even if we sometimes have to question his sources! 🎭 2023 🎭 Gwendoline, Judith, Titania & Beverley. It’s been a wild ride. I don’t think I appreciated how much work five shows in a year would be. I’m feeling all the feels today for having the opportunity to bring these wonderful women to life and thankful that I’m done now until next year. I’ve met some lush people, wore some fabulous costumes and wigs, said some brilliant lines and been supported by all of my gang. Friends who watched my shows and practised my lines with me, family who travelled to see me and even practised laughing before shows 🤣 children who accepted a very absent mother whilst I’ve been working, and David who has enabled me to take part in everything and kept me going throughout. There’s been tears, laughs, tantrums, pizza and lots of parties. Never say no.
