📸 @brendatorrey007

reminder that I teach for @beachyogasocal Fridays at 9:30am and Saturdays at 8:30am

it’s about more than just headstands and wheels but I always love doing creative little photo shoots with my family of photographers and artists🌅

would highly recommend going to an @lmuyogastudies event to learn more about yoga philosophy if you’re interested :) by @beachyogasocal

A beautiful midday pause with Female Founders to Flow and Focus.

We stepped away from our screens and into the sunshine to move our bodies, set an intention, put our feet in the ocean, and breathe a little deeper than usual. We flowed together, laughed together, and then settled into honest conversations about the real bottlenecks showing up in business right now.

Entrepreneurship becomes easier when you are surrounded by people who actually get what you are building.

So grateful to everyone who showed up with openness and curiosity, and to @beachyogasocal for leading such a grounding, feel good flow that set the tone for the entire afternoon.

If you are craving more moments like this and want to be the first to know about the next one, send me a DM and I will add you to the list. taken in Santa Monica, California by @beachyogasocal
