For me, yoga is not something I do only on a mat.
It’s a daily practice that travels with me wherever I go—from the beaches of Israel to my travels around the world.

As we age, movement becomes medicine.
Breath becomes a tool.
And taking care of our bodies becomes one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves.

Yoga helps reduce stress, improve posture, increase mobility, build strength, and support a healthier, more vibrant life.

Yoga is my favorite way to counteract the inevitable daily loss of flexibility, balance, and strength, and I love sharing my practice.
