💜💜💜BEST BEARD EVER! Another Beardfest is now in the books, and we are SO incredibly grateful. This year more than ever, it feels like Beardfest isn’t just an event. It’s a living, breathing organism that is the sum of its parts. Those parts include the sacred land on which it’s held, the animals that call that land home, the thoughts, dreams, and intentions of all the humans involved in Beardfest, and of course the greater forces of spirit whose hands touch all life. Beardfest, more than anything, is a concept that is collectively dreamed into existence. It’s the evolution and growth of these dreams and dreamers that result in the best Beardfest ever.

Our community and the Beardfest concept at large grew in two very important ways this year…both UPWARD in a public facing way through hosting Ms. Lauryn Hill & her son Zion Marley, and DOWNWARD as we deepened our roots and expanded the collective spirit with the addition of a fourth day for community, connection, and integration. The energy of this juxtaposition feels like the medicine our world desperately needs. Expansion, growth, and evolution, carefully balanced with the oh so crucial component of ceremonial soul nourishment. (CONT. IN COMMENTS) by @beardfestnj

Beardfest is taking a year off, but we still wanted to do something special. So we’re teaming up with Afroman for a legendary one-off performance at Paradise Lakes.

After last year’s performance with Ms. Lauryn Hill and Zion Marley, we couldn’t resist putting together another unforgettable collaboration.

We’re honored that Afroman said YES! He’ll be performing his viral album Lemon Pound Cake front to back, backed by the live music of Out of the Beardspace.

July 4 • Paradise Lakes • Tickets on sale now • See you there! 🇺🇸🍋 by @beardfestnj

👉 Despite not being a consistent lead vocalist, I’ve always loved singing these words because I resonate with them deeply. It’s a reminder to always hone and heed your intuition. Flashes of inspiration, moments of “psychic” foresight and connection, whispers from God are always there for us when we’re quiet and fearless enough to hear them.

Obsess, dream….it’s all as it seems
Never define … unknown sublime….sight
Use the mind’s eye … don’t let it die out”

to Zion but it’s reggae feat. @mslaurynhill herself!🔥🔥🔥

for those who’ve been following my page for a while, you know I’ve been having fun covering popular songs but giving them a reggae twist. it’s not everyday that I get to play with MLH, but of course I couldn’t resist giving this classic that same treatment when I had the chance!

this is but one small moment from what was surely one of the most epic performances of my life. Our entire performance with the 👑 is on YouTube. Not only was the moment magical, but the videography, editing, mix that our team pulled together is truly top quality. If you haven’t seen it yet, I highly reccomend checking it out.
