1 year ago I married my gorgeous best friend.

I made a promise to choose you and I will choose you in every lifetime.

You lift me up.
You deal with my weird explanations.
You put up with my crazy schedule and support my aspirations.

Life would have not been the same without you. I'm so grateful to have a house full of love.

Here's to many more years and new experiences!

I love you more!

12 year old me would have never guessed the kind of life I have lived.

🌏 Traveled the country
📺 Competing on ESPN
🙌 Making so many connections

So grateful for the opportunities this life has given me.

My students & teammates pushed me to step out of my comfort zone this weekend! 💪🏽

🥋 Proud of where I've come from. Never satisfied with average.

Your body remembers every rep. Do everything with the right INTENTION. 👇

The OLDER we get, the LESS time we make for play and experimentation. We get set into a groove of what we're used to doing.

Just because you've been doing something the same way for 20 years doesn't make it right.

You're never too "old" to grow, to expand your foundation or to think differently.

Straight from the man himself 🔥

Andrew Bacchus knows exactly what the final stretch of a season demands, because he is living it. Multi-Time NASKA World Champion. Current 30+ Men’s Division Champion. Still competing. Still winning. Still putting in the reps he is about to coach you through.

And he is bringing that standard to the Amerikick Elite Summer Camp 🥋

Two Days. 5 Coaches. ONE Mission. Finish the 2026 season STRONG.
This one is open to ALL Martial Arts Schools. The last leg of the season is where titles are won, and this is where you sharpen the blade for the final push. When Andrew tells you what it takes, he is not reading off a resume. He is showing you the work that built one.

You will train alongside Andrew and a lineup that competes at the highest level, Michael Guthrie, Mason Stowell, Vince Little, and Cody Leck. Two full days of non-stop reps, real coaching, and the kind of level-ups that show up on the floor when the season is on the line. Camp T-shirt included. Bring the work ethic, we will bring the standard 💪

Effort starts.
Discipline finishes.

To be good at anything takes the humility to be bad at something.
