When you go on holiday and somehow run into your sibling 😂

Cut to Kenya… and apparently they live here now 🐒

This is Flash Pack’s Kenya trip. Safari days, unreal wildlife, and moments you definitely didn’t plan for.

@flashpack's new wellbeing trip to Spain was everything I needed and more. 🥹

I came home feeling lighter, happier, and with friendships I know will last a lifetime. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. ❤️

This trip reminded me just how powerful it is to step away from everyday life, slow down, and reconnect with yourself and the people around you.

There's so much more I want to share, so expect plenty more wellbeing content to follow. 🤍 by @beatboxbabe

42.2km done ✔️ .

Not a PB for time… but a PB for pure grit and determination 😅 The hardest race I’ve ever run - heat, stomach issues, knee pain, ibuprofen mid-race… and throwing up at the finish line for a memorable ending 💀

Got it done with a smile on my face.

Marathon #2 🏃‍♀️✨

Congrats to my running buddy @thisisobj for completing his first marathon with a cracking time. So proud of you buddy!
