When you go on holiday and somehow run into your sibling 😂

Cut to Kenya… and apparently they live here now 🐒

This is Flash Pack’s Kenya trip. Safari days, unreal wildlife, and moments you definitely didn’t plan for.

I didn’t run the marathon, but I spectated really well 🏁🏁🏁 Huge props to my speedy fiance @thisisobj and my fave running pal @beatboxbabe for smashing the running part. Proud of you both 🩷🏃

42.2km done ✔️ .

Not a PB for time… but a PB for pure grit and determination 😅 The hardest race I’ve ever run - heat, stomach issues, knee pain, ibuprofen mid-race… and throwing up at the finish line for a memorable ending 💀

Got it done with a smile on my face.

Marathon #2 🏃‍♀️✨

Congrats to my running buddy @thisisobj for completing his first marathon with a cracking time. So proud of you buddy!

Thank you to the best cheerleaders @tommcphee and @izzyhousley ❤️

Officially a marathon runner! 🏃
Huge thanks to my wonderful friends and family for all the love and support. 🫶 Thanks for all the phone calls during my long runs to keep me from getting bored, thanks for the advice, thanks for the messages of support, thanks for the cheers!
Special thanks to @izzyhousley for driving me to Manchester and back, thanks for the supportive/hilarious signs, I appreciate that you managed to get more foot blisters than me from holding them all day ahah.
Congrats to my running partner @beatboxbabe - massive well done for finishing even though you were having the worst run of your life and thanks for encouraging me to sign up.

Big thanks go my sponsor @ispitbloodmedia - That guy does the best gig videography 🩸

Proud to say I managed to achieve my goal of a sub 4 with an official time of 03:54:38 💪
