Last night I had the honour of attending the MARTY awards, in recognition of the outstanding artistic talent in my beloved city of Mississauga.

This is the city that raised me and is the place in which I was allowed the space to discover what it means to be a first generation Canadian of Portuguese Brazilian descent.

Thank you for this experience @mississauga.arts and congratulations to all the other beautiful artists 💖🌟 keep creating by @beatrizsstudio
