My heart is so full!

So full of love, joy, and deep gratitude.

I had a lot of uncertainty a month ago when it came to going to rememberance.

I was unsure of a lot of things.

If my social anxiety could be around so many people would I be fine in my body.

This year I have been challenging myself immensely to be even more visible online and in person.

A challenge that sometimes has felt a lot in my body as I stretch myself out of my comfort zone.

And I am so glad that I trusted myself to go anyway. To serve and be apart of something much bigger than me. 🐺

I’m grateful that even when I had a hard time keeping up due to physical limitations I was surrounded by people that cared about me.

To walk slower, to hold me in my uncomfort, to remind me that my presence is enough and not having to push myself past my needs.

To reflect back to me brutal truths that I needed to hear.

And I will forever be grateful for the people that see me but also push me to grow.

Thank you familia🙏

2024 me didn’t feel worthy of being loved.

I almost always had the worst experience with the masculine in feeling unwanted.

It was dreadful and one where my heart constantly was sad from the comments like these I would get.

Or even the underlying energy I would feel from men. That I didn’t fit there standards.

Acting like I was completely invisible to them. I think this was more painful to me as a woman than the comments that came my way.

I’m grateful for this body but to be quite honest with you some days are rough !!

To be me takes a lot of thick skin.

Lately, ive been working on my wounds with the masculine and boy when you crack this open.

A lot of past experiences come up like a pandora box of memories you didn’t know created harm to you.

Well this is one of them. This comment. I didn’t realize how badly it affected me or how much I blocked it out.

And the biggest thing Ive been learning about myself and the masculine is it’s okay to get a no. To be “rejected”.

But, what is not okay was how I was treated and I will never ever allow myself to be poorly treated like this ever again.

And I will only put myself in places where men see my beauty and don’t treat me like an invisible ghost.

I accepted so low and didn’t call out bad behavior. Grateful for this version of me and the men that treated me less than I deserved but now I also know my worth.

Accepting yourself is the biggest thing you can ever do for yourself. AND.

Respect. How are you disrespecting yourself by putting up with bullsh!t?

What are you allowing and letting things slide?

‘Remember you show people how to treat you’

In the past, I used to manipulate situations. Shape shift myself so people would stay.

Became someone I was not. Liked things I did not like to be liked. Wore different masks.

And I learned the hard way.

I got myself in really bad situations and got burned bad very BAD.

Take it from me. Let it fall apart.

But, stay true to your heart.

Be yourself even the parts you’re afraid of.

At least you know that the people you love or situations that stay will be there because you are not bending back wards for someone else’s truth.

Remember to speak your truth. Be bold. Be seen. 🗣️⭐️

It is not worth it to be someone that isn’t in you.

In a world full of so many people, your EXPRESSION Is needed. Not parts but all of it!

It’s just social media but is it?

If it means you can create impact by reaching so many more people simply by sharing a story of yours or being bold enough to speak your truth on what you know to be more visible.

Your lived experience is what sets you apart from everyone else so why are you not using it to your advantage?

You are YOU for a reason!!!

You didn’t alchemize all the SH!T for no reason.

Be honest, what have you been dying to share but been playing it small in your magic?

There is a price with playing it small and hiding.

Hiding from people that need your work <3

I was so resistant to learning this dance at first.

I remember my mind, “ what if I can’t keep up? What if my moves look different than everyone else?”

I attended the first 2 classes feeling unable to keep up with class. Until I broke through the resistance of my mind.

The problem wasn’t if I could keep up or do the moves.

The problem was my mind was feeding me lies about myself in trying to learn a new dance.

To learn a new culture. A new way of being.

A culture that I am so grateful that @kumuperpetuatehula has taught us about.

In these dances there were so much teachings not only learning a dance but how to be amongst each other. How to help one another when we weren’t getting the moves right.

We were doing it together. One family. One “Ohana” and for this ohana I am grateful for. 🙏

Ive always wanted to dance but never felt like I could memorize the steps and of course this is just another expression of me that wanted to be tapped into.

For I’ll always be finding more truth to express and being bold enough to be seen in the different forms of expression.🩵⭐️

Grateful to @sacredsons @remembrancegathering for having this made possible for us to learn and perform it in front of an audience. Such a cool experience.

One I’ll remember forever. 💃

In trying to escape the madness that I was living in at the plant medicine community home to get away for some peace and quiet to think clearly.

I almost got hum@n tr@fficked. 💔

The biggest thing I learned from this horrible experience was to never go against what my gut says! Because even when you think you dont know, your body always knows when something is incredibly off.

So, trust it. Rather than dismiss it.

When something comes your way, and you get asked to do something that truly sparks your joy!

Will you get in your way?! Again ;)

Or follow the spark of joy and trust in yourself in the messy process that will never be perfect.

Today I had the opportunity to be a cohost to an amazing group of entrepreneurs that meets up every Thursday . @groupsd

Past me would have taken too long to say yes and by that time, someone else would have said yes.

So, this year is my yes year!!

I’m no longer getting in my way because I know I am worthy of so much more!!

When you can get out of your own way, that’s when you believe in more for yourself!

Growth doesn’t happen In the comfort zone!! It happens in the uncomfortable!

You feel drained because you’re living a life that’s not true to you!!

Your soul knows it’s not your truth so why are you still hiding yourself from what you really want?

Why ?

What do you have to lose?

There is only things to gain and yes sometimes things or people have to fall away but the cost you are paying for is your own respect for yourself.

To your truth.

Can you respect and love yourself a little more??

Speak your truth, align with more of your truth and bring more things that are true for you in your life.
