Finally met Shiba in person yesterday. We had tea, and it was so good.

I’ve been working with her for a few months and this woman is a badass. She came in already successful and already visible. What she wanted was to own her authentic voice and let that be what people see.

That’s what I love about this work. Success and visibility are one thing. Being fully yourself in front of people is another level. She’s stepping into it and it’s beautiful to watch.

Shiba, so proud of you. Thank you for trusting me with your process. 🤍 @beboldmediaco

Moving through the edge of structure (and being told what to do)

Learning this dance, this Tahitian dance from our Kumu was incredibly challenging and rewarding.

Thank you to the lineage of movers that have come LONG before me that have blessed Kumu with sharing these ancient, beautiful teachings from the Tahitian peoples.

My mom was a Broadway dancer and actress in many musicals and I was in Broadway IN the womb

So dance has come normal and natural for me yet when it comes to choreography, I feel like I have bricks as feet

Through practicing this three times a day for two months, I was able to make progress and still I could’ve been better

Thank you so much, Kumu @kumuperpetuatehula for trusting us with these ancient ways of movement and being generous with your time and energy

Our whole Dance team showed up big for this so shout out to everyone included whether they performed on the final day or not I trust we created ripples of inspiration and will continue to as we learned our next dance for next years Remembrance 4 @remembrancegathering

I’m proud of us and this dedication has opened up something new in me, or rather something that’s been here all along, thanks, Mom @wendybwaring 🧡🙏🏼❤️‍🔥

The love deepens.

This experience once again has cracked me open. The relationship with these humans is getting stronger, and I really feel like I can conquer the whole world when I’m with this community! Soul brothers and sisters—truly a soul family I’ve called for so long! Thank you 🙏

I’m honored to walk this path of Remembrance alongside you. ✨

Men are safe, and this is my proof OR
Men are not safe, and this is my proof.

This was a theme in conversations that I had in the intentions in coming to Remembrance. It was thick in the air. There was also a beautiful thread of wanting to witness their partners in the realms in which helped change their men for the best.

remembrance this year felt different than last. The eclipse & full moon provided a multitude of layers I didn’t feel the first year I attended. And yet, everyone seem to get what they needed, myself included. To be a part of La Forza Sagrada and deepening the prayer with this family, to be a part of the first cohort of the Sacred Sons Community Relational Training and to get to come home to this family, and this collective group of humans that was Remembrance 3- I feel so much hope for humanity. I can see in real time change taking place. Hope, matriarchy, love, freedom, safety, truth turning into reality.

We screamed. We let go. We laughed. We cried. We danced. We played. We howled. We were held. We were witnessed. We got called up. We were honored & gave reverence. We celebrated culture & amplified appreciation for us all.

On the last 2 days, I was expressing major symptoms of health in a way I hadn’t felt in years. My body, amongst others, were purging what the collective could no longer hold - the stories we had held of unsafety, scarcity, unworthiness, loneliness, despair - no longer supportive. No longer necessary.

And as my body started to purge & my physical body fatigued, every single person I came across said, “how can I support you?” Or “here- have this.” And my Celtic Mama Bear @robinroams said on the day I needed to sleep reminded me that I was still loved even if I was feeling like I let my team down.

And the last day? Held by my family. Sung to by my family. Real unconditional love. Real safety. True witness of authentic self.

to all beings who helped create Remembrance 3 – from facilitators, leaders, Wolfpack, founders, participants, the land, the animals, the elements, the spirits, the ancestors -I see you, I thank you, I love you.

Here’s to next year….

Women’s circles are vital because women heal, grow, and expand in relationship, not in isolation.

A circle creates a space where women can put down the roles they carry every day…the mother, wife, leader, business owner, caregiver, daughter….and simply be.

Here are some of the deeper reasons women’s circles matter:
🌿 1. We remember we are not alone
So many women quietly navigate self-doubt, transition, grief, identity shifts, relationships, motherhood, business, aging, and the desire for something more. Sitting in a circle reminds us, “It’s not just me.”

There is tremendous relief in being witnessed by women who understand.

💗 2. Vulnerability creates connection
When one woman has the courage to share honestly, it gives another permission to do the same. The circle becomes a place where we can say: “This is where I am.”

Without needing to fix, perform, explain, or pretend.

🪞 3. We see ourselves through one another
Other women can reflect parts of us that we may not be able to see on our own. Our strengths, patterns, possibilities, and even the places where we’re playing small.

Sometimes another woman’s story becomes the mirror that helps us recognize our own truth.

🤍 4. We experience belonging
There is something powerful about being intentionally welcomed into a space where your voice matters.

Belonging is about being able to be fully yourself and still feel connected.

🔥 5. We become more courageous together
A circle can create an energetic momentum that is difficult to create alone. One woman shares a dream while manother may share her fear.
One woman celebrates a breakthrough
and suddenly, everyone begins to believe that more is possible.

The Deeper Purpose
A women’s circle is a container for connection, reflection, truth, growth, and belonging.
When women feel safe enough to be seen, supported enough to be honest, and connected enough to remember their own strength, something beautiful happens:

We stop trying to navigate life alone and begin to rise with one another.

Some moments in life stay with you long after the experience is over. 🤍

@remembrancegathering 3 was one of those moments.

Looking back at these photos, I’m reminded that transformation doesn’t happen alone. It happens in connection, in vulnerability, in the courage to be seen, and in the willingness to take ownership of the life we are creating.

I’m deeply grateful for every person, every story, every conversation, every laugh, every tear, and every moment shared.

Thank you, @sacredsons for inviting me to be part of this experience and to witness what becomes possible when we come together with open hearts and a willingness to remember who we truly are.

I am so grateful, so humbled, and so full.

Here’s to moving forward, with more unity, respect, love, and wholeness.🫶🏽

May I serve the earth that we all may survive and thrive honoring the most ancient Mother. Without her healthy and whole we are nothing. May I support the leaders daring to return to a path less travelled when the world forgets ancient ways of connecting to ourselves, the earth and each other. May I humbly create safe spaces for the children that they may walk in innocence protected and loved. May I hold my sisters and brothers as they hold me time and time again. May I build the village a week at a time until we learn how to live this Way. We are not meant to do it alone.

Years ago I knew as the world began to change rapidly with technology, I would be a part of a group of people keeping alive ancient rituals out in nature. That I would be a part of a group of people committed to Remembering through creating community, honoring women, elders, and children, and learning songs, dances, and rituals from wisdom keepers. I have found my tribe with Sacred Sons. The healing is powerful, the medicine is community.

To the leaders: @sacredsons @remembrancegathering @adam___jackson @kale.kaalekahi @kumuperpetuatehula @marnisuureynolds
Your vision and willingness to always meet a new edge of growth with humility and action inspires me. Thank you for embodying what you teach. I am so excited to learn and build with you. Thank you for seeing me and entrusting me with this sacred work.

To my Shadow Dancers Team: @shemsheart @goddess_rising @mischabyruck @stefan__fitzer and more!

I will dance with you anytime, anywhere. Let’s continue to tune our instruments and make beautiful music together.

To my community:
My sisters and brothers, you continue to call forward the best of me while accepting all my human flaws. I am honored to walk beside each and every one of you.

To the artists who weave vision into reality, you are crucial to our future. Tree of Life altar by @naturedreamweaver

To the participants, now part of community!
Thank you for bravely showing up and trusting us with your open hearts. You are the village.

I am beyond grateful for this Ohana. #selfhealingjourney #community #rememberance3 #sacredsons
