this might just be the permission or a sign that you’ve been looking for to keep going… even if you’ve felt like a “failure” when really, every failure is a lesson.

It’s October next week which means we are coming into this final quarter of the year (can you believe?)

So I’m deep in Q4 planning mode right now.

The grounded, strategic, “this is how I’m actually going to hit my goals for the rest of the year” kind of planning.

And I wanted to share what that process actually looks like behind the scenes – because if you haven’t started planning your Q4 yet, consider this your reminder.

[SAVE this post for when you’re sitting down and doing your planning]

1. Reflecting on my last launch – what worked (and what didn’t).
I’m looking at where my clients and sales actually came from, what created momentum, and what felt draining. The good AND the messy.

2. Setting my income goal and deciding on what I’m selling.
My big goal for 2026 is $300k – so I’m looking at what I need over the next few months to hit that goal and what I’m selling in order to get me there. Hint: It’s a lot. 😅

3. Reviewing my data to identify the strategic gaps.
This is where I look at my numbers – conversion rates, lead generation, what worked in my launch, where the opportunities are. You can’t fill the gaps if you don’t know what they are.

4. Mapping out the big rocks first.
Time off, school holidays, key events, launch dates – then working backwards to fill in the supporting content and creative projects.

5. Looking at what resources I need to support my goals.
Both on the energetic side – the mindset, habits, identity piece – and the practical side – the team, tech and tools required.

The planning you do (or don’t do) in the next few weeks will set the tone for your final quarter of the year.

Where are my witchy biz sisters at? 🪐🔮💫

This is a non-exhaustive list of some of my fave spiritual business practices…

1. I set my prices strategically AND energetically. Yes it needs to be profitable. But it ALSO needs to feel good in my body so I can confidently show up and sell.

2. I use Feng Shui principles when setting up my office and desk…and yes, I can feel the difference. Energy is everything.

3. I pull oracle cards at the start of our co-working calls inside the Mistressmind and sometimes on 1:1 calls with clients.

4. When planning and making any business decisions, I always lead with intuition first – and then the strategy follows. I also sometimes consult my pendulum to confirm my decisions.

5. I track the moon and my menstrual cycle and use that in my planning and scheduling – so I’m working with my energy, rather than against it.

6. Speaking of which, I regularly reference the moon, menstrual cycles, astrology and human design when coaching clients.

7. I look out for angel numbers everywhere and see them as a sign I’m on the right track. I’ve been seeing 222 most lately.

8. I meditate or listen to affirmations in the shower most mornings, and my best creative ideas always come to me there.

9. I often speak to the different Goddesses and ask for their blessings and support with different things I’m working on.

10. I regularly cut cords and do self reiki healings to cleanse and clear my own energy.

11. I have an altar set up in my office and update it with the seasons to bring in fresh energy, set new intentions and manifest more opportunities.

I am a strategy gal at heart. I love me some good solid business strategy. I really do.

BUT I don’t believe it should be the thing leading your business when the work you’re here to do is so deeply connected to your purpose, your gifts and what feels true for you.
