The creative process goes something like this:

* Enthusiastic excitement
* Blank canvas
* Stare at blank canvas
* Headphones on
* Audiobook playing (fantasy romance of course)
* Begin
* Absolutely love where it’s going
* Suddenly hate everything and consider starting again
* Stare
* Stare some more
* Continue staring
* Change a few seemingly random little things
* Paint over something that was probably fine
* Stare
* Make another 47 tiny adjustments
* Question every creative decision I’ve ever made
* Stare again
* Then without any logical explanation just know it’s finished

this might just be the permission or a sign that you’ve been looking for to keep going… even if you’ve felt like a “failure” when really, every failure is a lesson.

i like how Bec explained that when she “fails” she’s collecting information. you can use that to your advantage to shift what worked and didn’t to try again.

Bec Cuzzillo @bec_cuzzillo is a Spiritual Business Coach for spiritual women ready to build abundant, heart-led, sustainable businesses – businesses that truly set their souls on fire.

Her approach combines soulful business strategy with mindset, energetics and fully embodied feminine spirituality to ensure you walk away with the practical and intuitive tools and strategies to build a life and business that you love.

You can listen to the full episode on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Substack, and YouTube 🎧

I don’t think enough of us are willing to meld the spiritual and the feminine when it comes to business. I firmly believe we should all embrace this side of entrepreneurship. So I love spaces like the Feminine Fire podcast where I get to really be my whole self and talk about respecting energies and doing the mindset and alignment work when it comes to my professional life.

@bec_cuzzillo also makes this conversation so easy, I really feel like I was able to share all the sides of how I built my business that I’ve shied away from bringing up in other spaces.

Give it a listen if you’re willing to embrace the more woo, in tune, open minded frequency.

In this episode of The Sonic Wealth Podcast, I’m joined by Bec Cuzzillo, joining us all the way from coastal Australia. Bec shares her decade-long entrepreneurial journey — from making Reiki-infused candles and hosting goddess workshops to becoming a Spiritual Business Coach helping women create businesses that are both profitable and sustainable.

We dive into what it really takes to build a business without getting caught in the cycle of doing all the things, undercharging, constantly launching or chasing growth for growth’s sake.

Bec shares her wisdom on simplifying your offers, finding the right niche, pricing with integrity, creating recurring revenue and knowing when to let intuition lead — and when strategy needs to step in and bring the vision to life.

We also explore the energetic side of business: the fears that come up when you raise your prices, how to distinguish intuition from fear, choosing a coach who genuinely aligns with your values and how sound and frequency can help us move beyond the mind and access deeper layers of ourselves.

If you’re a spiritual entrepreneur, creative, healer, coach or multi-passionate woman building something of your own, this conversation is full of practical insights and energetic shifts to help you create a business that actually supports the life you want to live.

I’m thrilled to invite @bec_cuzzillo to be the host of the Wild Trust book launch on Sunday 20th September at our gorgeous studio.

Bec will be interviewing me about the writing process, and speaking about the courage and commitment it takes to answer that call when intuition taps on your own shoulder.

Bec and I would love this launch to be an inspiring event that encourages you to take action on your creations!

There will also be an opportunity to buy signed copies of the book, Wild Trust by me @clarelovelace 😅 yummy snacks and lots of great conversation.

This is a free event, please register via link in bio so we know numbers.

One of the most valuable parts of this conversation with Bec Cuzzillo was her perspective on leaving a traditional job to pursue entrepreneurship.

In this clip, Bec shares why she didn't believe in making the leap without a plan. Instead, she transitioned to part-time, built a financial safety net, and focused on creating stability before going all in on her business.

We also talk about her philosophy of "burning the lifeboats, not the bridges," and why creating a thoughtful transition can set you up for long-term success.

If you've been dreaming about leaving your 9-to-5 or taking your business full-time, this is a conversation you'll want to hear.

🎙️ NEW EPISODE: Building a Business That Supports Your Life

What if success wasn't about doing more, but about building a business that actually fits the life you want to live?

In this episode of the Six Figure Plus Club, I sit down with spiritual business coach Bec Cuzzillo to talk about creating a business that is both profitable and sustainable.

We dive into overcoming imposter syndrome, navigating fear, building systems that support long-term growth, delegating with confidence, and why setbacks should be viewed as data instead of failure. Bec also shares how motherhood reshaped the way she designed her business and why asking for support is one of the most important investments you can make.

One of my favorite takeaways:
✨ "Feelings are not facts. Look for the evidence."

If you've ever questioned whether you're qualified, felt overwhelmed trying to do it all, or wondered how to build a business that supports your life instead of consuming it, this conversation is for you.

"No more DMs, no more discovery calls"
"A business that runs without you"
"Never post again"

Look... I know that you don't want to be working 24/7 - neither do I!

But I also don't want to build a business I need to escape from.

I love the work I do, the clients I work with, my schedules and rhythms and offers and targets,

Even if I won lotto tomorrow....

I'd be showing up to my coaching calls - with gifts.

I'm not going to pretend that I will help you create passive income where you never have to do any work or meet with any clients ever again,

You won't want to.

Because what I will help you do is LOVE the work you do and be so financially supported that you WANT to show up for your business.

Where your desired lifestyle, values, time, energy and pleasure are honoured whilst you make BIG money.

This is what I help you with inside the Pleasurepreneur mastermind.

Join the waitlist NOW and get 5 days coaching with me starting tomorrow.

Comment waitlist & I'll hook you up.

* This is from a coaching call with my coach @bec_cuzzillo sharing my motivation and enthusiasm to get stuck the F in and show the F up for the women in my community who want to be making way more money with way more pleasure.

Who else loves a good SPRINT during a launch???
