When I look back at everything I’ve been through, the good, the bad, the heartbreak, the lessons, and the moments I didn’t know how I was going to get through, I feel nothing but gratitude. ❤️🙏🏼

Life hasn’t always been easy, and there have been times when I’ve felt broken, lost, and questioned why certain things had to happen. But looking back now, I can see that even in my hardest moments, God was there. Every single step of the way.

He carried me when I felt weak, gave me strength when I thought I had none left, and reminded me that even when I couldn’t see the bigger picture, He had a plan for me.

I’m grateful for the things that didn’t work out, the people who came and went, the lessons that hurt, and the seasons that changed me. Because all of it has shaped the woman I am today and brought me closer to Him.

I’m still learning, still growing, still healing, and still trusting His plan. I don’t have all the answers, but I know where my faith lies, and that gives me a peace that nothing in this world can take away.

God never promised us a life without storms, but He promised we would never have to walk through them alone. 🤍

Today, I’m choosing gratitude. For my life, my health, my family, the people I love, the opportunities I’ve been given, and most importantly, for God’s grace and faithfulness through it all by @becharper

Ladies, you don’t have to be skinny to be beautiful. ❤️

You don’t have to be the smallest person in the room to be loved, wanted or noticed.

A strong body is beautiful.
Muscle is beautiful.
A body that can run, lift, carry, push and keep going is something to be proud of.

Stop waiting to love your body when it looks different.

Build it.
Nourish it.
Move it.
Be proud of it.

14.6KG DOWN IN 7 MONTHS 🎉❤️

I honestly couldn’t be prouder of this beautiful woman!

7 months ago she started this journey and today she is 14.6kg down and at her goal weight! 🙌🏼

But what makes me even happier is what she has learnt along the way.

She has walked every single day, tracked her food, stayed committed and most importantly… she has completely changed her relationship with food.

Food is NOT the enemy. ❤️

She has learnt that you don’t need to starve yourself, cut out everything you love or be perfect to get results. It’s about learning how to eat, understanding your food and making choices that work for you.

The before and after photos are amazing, but the changes you can’t always see are what I’m most proud of.

Her mindset.
Her confidence.
Her knowledge.
Her belief in herself. ❤️

14.6kg gone and a whole new relationship with food gained.

STOP TELLING EVERYONE YOUR DREAMS.

Not everyone needs to know what you’re building.

Some people will see your vision and immediately tell you why it won’t work, why it’s too hard or why you should just stay where you are.

Protect your dream.

Keep it between you and God. 🙏🏼

You don’t need everyone to believe in you. You just need to trust God, trust yourself and keep putting in the work.

Let them doubt.

You just keep going.
