@stickyfingersstockport is meant to be one of Stockport’s best bakeries, so did it live up to the hype? ✨👀

Located in the underbank area of Stockport Sticky Fingers is an independent artisan bakery and is well worth a visit if you’re in the area!

I’m still not over the Sticky Toffee Pudding Danish it was simply exquisite 🤤

Save this video for your next weekend treat ♥️

Two high heart rates, one big pain cave and some slight chest pain aside what a ball we had out there on Saturday! 😅

No more races for me in 2026, so @_annabolic when is our next one? 😏👀 taken in Wavertree Sports Park by @beckielees_

Ultimate Athlete 2026 😮‍💨🩵

SO much fun racing today even if it was a lil spicier than we predicted…

No one I’d rather do that with than my favourite partner, @_annabolic tysm for steering that ship and taking 90% of those wall balls ❤️‍🔥 xoxo

Shout out @chriswardcoaching and @kayleigh1292 for the emotional support and encouragement during the pain cave always and raising our standard ofc 🙂‍↔️♾️

And of course the best support (and content hehe) from my favourite people @coachedbysaz_ @echfitnesspt @katielees_ @mandy.lees @danielroyden and my untaggable Ben!

You can find @cantoformby on Elson Road in Formby and it is 100% worth a visit.

I absolutely adore it in here! The food, the staff, the aesthetic, it’s just SO good and that breakfast burger omgggg 😍

Have you tried Canto yet? This is your sign to try it this weekend ❤️‍🔥

ATHX Glasgow 2026 ✨🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Wow, what an experience that was! This time last year I NEVER saw myself competing but here we are and what a ball we had on the dance floor… 😮‍💨

@_annabolic how lucky are we to have met at 6am one Thursday morning and now get to do such cool things together? There’s no one else I’d rather compete with, my best friend and perfect partner love you more than you know ❤️‍🔥

So happy with that performance! A 28kg strict press and 85kg deadlift PB, consistent paces on the endurance and a 2 minute PB on our MetCon WHATTTT?! 🔥😮‍💨

@sk_fitness95 @just_catmc you smashed that today, what a weekend! Biggggg shout out to @kayleigh1292 and @coachedbysaz_ for being the best support team and reminding us that we had that!

Thank you @positive_pt for helping me on this journey, you’ve helped me grow my confidence so much and I’ve never felt stronger! And of course @chriswardcoaching for the pre-comp advice, pep talk and reminding me that I’ve got this! Here’s to raising the standard always… 🙌

First hybrid comp over and out! Next up, @nextlevelliverpool games bbyyyy 😎🚀 taken in SEC Armadillo by @beckielees_
