THE GREAT LOCK IN 🔒

Episode 2 - Ultimate Athlete Edition 🩵

1.4kg down, feeling so much better already. Thank you for the lovely support for me starting this journey, the whole idea is to be as real and vulnerable as possible.

I couldn’t of made the recent changes to my life lately without the dedication and brilliance of my team ✨

As everything in life it’s not always sunshine and rainbows but it’s definitely in it together. I’m so proud of how they all emulate everything that Dorathy & J is, at the same time as getting results!

There was definitely a time I could have decided to stay alone and that would have suited my nervous system at the time but where is the growth in that? For me personally and the business! I’m so glad I overcome it because where we are now is something I could never of dreamt of.

Where will we go next? Comment below your favourite era of D&J!!

What a perfect weekend!💛💛💛

We just wanted to say thank you to every single one of you. It was such a busy one, and seeing so many smiling faces all weekend reminded us exactly why we love what we do!!☕️✨

We’re so happy you’re all enjoying the new outdoor seating! It’s still a work in progress, but (we promise🫶🏻) we’re working hard to get it finished as soon as possible and make it an even better space for you all to relax and enjoy your coffee🌼☺️🌞

Thanks for choosing to spend your weekends with us. You’re the reason we get to do what we love every day, and it’s an absolute pleasure🤝🏻

P.S. A special shout-out to all our amazing customers for always taking the most aesthetic photos🤳🏻👏🏻👏🏻… and for bringing along your absolutely model-worthy dogs!🐶🤎

✨ATHX GLASGOW 2026✨

Finally starting to feel a bit less of an imposter in this hybrid world rather than a powerlifter wearing new balances 😅
(38th out of 2625 for strength ain't too shabby though 👀)

I am a firm believer that if you're not smiling the whole way through a comp, you're doing it wrong and WOW we had a ball 🥹 @beckielees_

We had the BEST support this weekend in @kayleigh1292 ,@coachedbysaz_ , @sk_fitness95 and @just_catmc 🥹💖 having strong and fast friends will always be so cool.

Thank you as always to @chriswardcoaching for getting me comp ready and forever pushing me to ✨raise my standard✨
