True story!!! If only he knew how many times I thought about quitting and getting off the stair master because my cramps were that bad. But instead I dug deep, bent over, held on to the handles for dear life and kept going as I have been every day for the last year and a half.

The next time you see someone bent over or leaning on handles of the stair master, realize they have probably thought about quitting a hundred times. But they’re still going!
You never know what people are going through, what pain they’re pushing through. Instead of judging them or telling them they’re cheating. Tell them great job! You’ve got this!!!!

Congratulations @laurengraham on receiving her Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame today!
She is even more beautiful in person!
Also Matt Czuchry (aka Logan) was so great and down to earth!

DO HARD THINGS INTENTIONALLY 🔥🔥🔥

CONFIDENCE GROWS when you prove to yourself that you CAN handle discomfort. Each time you push through resistance, you reinforce the BELIEF that YOU ARE CAPABLE, even when things feel uncomfortable.

Tastes Great and has 35-40 grams of protein.
Grilled Chicken Breast, sweet potato with a little plain Greek yogurt, steamed edamame, and our favourite @yourtaylorfarms Mediterranean Crunch Salad.

The plan WORKS, if you WORK the plan.
A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step!

If it’s possible for others, it’s possible for you! You can BE, DO or HAVE anything you DESIRE.

It really comes down to having a BURNING DESIRE and OBSESSION to reach your goal, to BELIEVE in yourself and staying CONSISTENT!

Envision and Imagine the most FIT & HEALTHY version of you.

Imagine how you will FEEL when you reach your goal.

I promise that it’s possible to become FIT, STRONG and HEALTHY.

As a Fitness Trainer over the last 15 years, I’ve worked with thousands of men and women. All sizes, all ages and all fitness levels.

The ONE thing that every person who made amazing transformations had, and that you NEED to have is a BURNING DESIRE and OBSESSION to reach your GOAL.

Not just a wish or a want to get FIT.
When it becomes a NEED, That’s when it will happen.

I went almost a decade without really being able to watch or enjoy a sunset. I was either working or sitting inside a Kingdom Hall. I did love my work and the people I got to work with.
The Kingdom Hall part not at all, but thankfully that era is behind me! I am so THANKFUL to have the time, freedom, and energy to enjoy our evening sunset walks. I am beyond GRATEFUL to live in such a beautiful place with these incredible ocean views. It’s actually crazy to me that these are my own videos, because for years and years I watched other peoples beautiful videos from California and Hawaii… Now it’s our reality!! There is no doubt in my mind that what we think about most often becomes our reality.
Keep your thoughts and words on what you want to see in your life. Thoughts do become things!

What are you feeling Thankful for today?

Own your Crazy!

Be OBSESSIVE, be DELUSIONAL, Be PASSIONATE, Be YOU! The truth is, we are all obsessed with something, and it can change throughout our lives. You may be obsessed with food, your pet, shopping, social media, gaming, tv, sex, exercise, cleaning, vaping, smoking, drinking, work. The best is when your obsession is a healthy one, one that pays off down the road.
Fitness is one of those.
Stronger, healthier, more energy, more fit… GO ALL IN and have fun with it!

If you own your crazy, Welcome to the Crazy Club!

One big difference from living in Southern California as opposed to Northern Ontario, Canada…

For the record, I’m not afraid of lizards when they’re outside.. but inside not so much. I do not want to find this guy in my bed tonight, which is something Pete just might do!

He was safely freed back outside!
No thanks to Pete!
