I get inspiration from organically discovering new places wherever I am. And this weekend, I was home in the St. Louis area and found these great places and decided not to gate keep. 😉

I am a sucker for vintage, and curation that reflects the brands ethos and personality. I had the feeling of that immediate connection when I wandered into these businesses this weekend:

I have been fortunate to spend time with some amazingly talented designers over the years, and was lucky enough to sit down with the brilliant @shoptanyataylor last week at @neimanmarcusstlouis. Not only was it fabulous to see her beautiful collection, (and I have loved wearing it for so long), there were so many leadership lessons that were incredibly insightful.

Here are the biggest takeaways from that conversation that can help anyone who is tasked with running a business, or leading a team to success.

Tis the season! New sport Mom preparation is in full effect 🍁

I lead by example in all the things- and this is no exception. When Cash told me he wanted to play this sport this fall I had to jump into training 🤣
I am an immersive learner so this is the best way I can get up to speed quickly. 🤷🏼‍♀️

And thanks to my friends at @pilatesprecisionfitness I can do this at almost 48 years old and not have to worry about not being able to walk the next day.

I woke up today and realized two things.
- We have a little over three months left of 2026
- I will be 48 in 21 days 😬

I remember thinking last year at this time that I didn’t want 2026 to look the way 2025 did. So I had to embrace change, and put it into action, to get this year to look more in line with the life I strive for.
I also had to block out the “noise” that we sometimes hear about making big shifts in this season of midlife. And yes I have heard all of these and then some 😉

One of my favorite trips ever - in an unexpected location.
I am so proud of Cash for making it to this round of @drivechipandputt at @golfkohler a few weeks ago. Even though the outcome wasn’t what he expected, the fun, the experience, and the memories made will last a lifetime.

Happy 19th … that’s right 19th to the one that made who me a Mom. Happy Happy Birthday to Cole Patrick Duncan today. ❤️❤️

I knew the moment you were born that you were wise beyond your years. I am so proud of the young man you are, and continue to become. Your compassion for others is admirable and pushes me to be a better person each and every day.

I simply love watching you pursue the arts this year and embracing your natural and creative talents.
You have so much to offer to this the world, kiddo.

24 hours in NYC 🌃🌆🚕

Thank you @encoremembership for making this all possible.

As a child of the 90s, meeting @annasui was a true pinch me moment. And the tour of her atelier and learning more about the design process was just what my heart needed. A true icon.

Had lunch with another icon of Fashion week @itsnfdg
Saw shows from the fab @gracelingofficial and @sandyliang - ran into fellow St. Louis friend @jillmanoff

Street fashion was 💯 💯

Confessions of a Hockey Mom that doesn’t settle on game day. (Or ever for that matter 😉)
