You won’t always see me showing up daily on stories or updating my grid every week — and that’s okay. I work long days, but only three days a week… because the rest of the time, I’m here — soaking up life with my girls, my husband, and our dog 🫶🏼✨

These are the moments that matter most.
I’m a working parent, trying to balance giving my all to both my family and my wonderful clients. It means I might take a little longer to reply, and I’m usually booked 6 weeks in advance — but when I’m with you, I give 110%.

Just because I’m not constantly online doesn’t mean the passion isn’t there. I’m still the same perfectionist, pouring love into every single treatment and constantly striving to be the best I can be for you all 💗

What is Lash Line Enhancement? 👁️✨

Lash Line Enhancement is not eyeliner.

It’s a super soft, precise pigment placement between the lashes, rather than above them.

The result?
✔ Lashes look darker
✔ Eyes look more defined
✔ No visible “line”
✔ No makeup look

It simply creates the illusion of naturally fuller lashes — like you were born with them that way.

Freshly done, the pigment will appear a rich black.
As it heals, it softens beautifully into a soft black/charcoal grey hue, giving that subtle, effortless definition without looking harsh.

This treatment is perfect if you:
• Don’t wear eyeliner
• Want subtle definition
• Have fair or sparse lashes
• Want to wake up looking fresh (without looking “done”)

Think of it as the “no-makeup makeup” version of eyeliner.

And so excited to watch these heal into the most natural results.

What gorgeously shaped lips ✨
Swipe to see my client’s own selfie taken just 2 hours after her appointment. Colour fully evened out and anaesthetic blanching gone 💋.

Over the next day the lips will darken slightly and feel dry, then begin to peel.
Once peeling has finished (around day 5), the colour will soften and the natural lip-tissue effect will shine through — not lipstick, just your lips but better 💋

Never stop learning! Hairstroke Masterclass with @alarabrowdesign 🫶🏽

It was such a pleasure to welcome my lovely friend Lara to The SJ Training Academy to host her incredible Hairstroke Masterclass!

As much as I love teaching, I absolutely love being a student again. There is always something new to learn, and I took so much away from this class, particularly Lara’s incredible pre mapping technique! It’s so simple yet SO effective!

I’ll admit, the drawing was definitely the part I found most challenging! 😂 But that’s exactly why I love continuing my education. It pushes me outside my comfort zone, challenges the way I work and reminds me that there is always room to grow.

Feeling very lucky to have such talented friends in this industry who inspire me to keep learning and improving my craft. AND it was so fun to take the training with my SJLips student @beckyjigginspermanentmakeup ☺️

What an amazing two days training with the incredible Lara at the SJ Clinic 🤍

Her online mentorship combined with hands-on training has been fantastic. So much to take away, and a technique that feels like a real breakthrough for the PMU industry. I’m coming home feeling inspired and excited to put it all into practice!

Steff, you were such a joy to share the training with. And Maiyah and Suranne were so lovely, capturing all the content along the way. The real dream team 🤍

Before ➡️ healed microblading 🤍

Notice how soft, natural and even these brows look once healed. The delicate hair strokes blend into her own brows, adding fullness without making it obvious she’s had permanent makeup.

A little wax and tint for her natural brow hairs is all that’s needed now to keep them looking tidy and defined.

WHY DO I NEED A TOUCH-UP? 🤍

This is exactly why Permanent Makeup is a process, not a one-and-done treatment.

These microbladed hair strokes have healed beautifully — soft, crisp and delicate — but you can see there are areas where the pigment hasn’t retained as evenly.

And honestly? I’d sooner see a few patches than thick, blocky hair strokes that have been implanted too deeply.

With microblading, my aim isn’t to force as much pigment into the skin as possible at your first appointment. We work conservatively and build the brows in delicate layers, allowing the skin to heal before assessing what it has retained.

Some strokes may heal perfectly.
Some may soften.
Some may disappear altogether.

✨ That’s what your touch-up is for.

At your second session, we can see exactly how your skin has responded, reinforce areas that need a little more pigment and perfect the overall result.

Soft, natural brows are built in layers. Patchiness can be perfected — pigment placed too deeply is much harder to undo. 🤍

Fresh Lash Line Enhancement 🖤

Freshly done, so right now it’s looking dark, crisp and a little bolder than the finished result.

But once healed, this will soften beautifully into subtle definition through the lash line — giving the appearance of a fuller, darker lash base without looking like obvious eyeliner.

Every set I create is completely personalised to the individual client — working with your natural brow growth, brow bone structure, facial features and colouring to create brows that suit you.

The depth of shading can also be adapted. Some clients suit a really soft, subtle shade, while others may want or need a little more density and definition.
