If you think you aren’t capable of changing your life, I want you to ask yourself that question again.

Because less than two years ago I was 87kgs, taking antidepressants, hated my life and had absolutely no direction.

I’m not saying we all live the same life, but I am saying we all get 24 hours in a day, and it’s up to you what you do with it.
It’s discipline over motivation and consistency over perfection. Believe me, you are capable of more than you realise!

I’d just like to thank the sun for making an appearance today

Muchas gracias, mi amigo by @becoming.with.gracee

Turns out, I am capable of becoming the woman I always wanted to be.

50 days of keeping promises to myself. And I’m just getting started. 🤍

All the hard work is actually starting to show and I’m so fucking proud of myself!
Building a body and a life I’ve only ever dreamt of. And I think I’m allowed to take a moment to be proud of how far I’ve come!

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged and inspired me along the way, it means more than you know 🥹

With all this rain hanging around I really needed to invest in a good rain jacket… as you guys know the 75 hard challenge requires 1 of the 2 exercises to be outdoors, so I decided it was time I invest in a good quality rain jacket.
I went and saw the guys at Outdoorism in Murwillumbah and they hooked me up with this beauty from @xtm_performance

If you are looking for anything for the outdoors go see the team down at Outdoorism, their selection of gear is great and they really looked after me! 🙂👍🏼🌸🍃 by @becoming.with.gracee

I couldn’t not ❤️‍🔥

Strummingbird festival and Sunny Coast vacay with sissy 💖

Got to see some amazing musicians, explored some of the sunny coast, drank lots of coffee, had a fun run in the rain, lived the hotel life for a few nights, fun time with family.
I’d say it was a successful girls trip 🌸✨

Cheers to the rain for sticking around the whole time 😅👍🏼

Running while on holiday is more fun, am I right?

Getting to explore the scenery the best way I know how, seeing some cute birds, the ocean views and finishing it off with a decaf soy cap from Criminal Coffee 👌🏼
Vacay mode officially activated ty

You don’t need an app to tell you what to do!

You can literally just listen to your body… imagine you let the app dictate what you do with your day 🙄

Take care of yourself when you need to and push yourself when it feels right! Simples 👏🏼

And there’s Luna taking a shit in the background 😅😅

Day 35 of my 75 Hard challenge!
Only 40 days to go 😅

I’ve done something I’ve literally never done in my life… exercised twice a day seven days a week for 35 consecutive days! Like what!? Me? Who?

When I first decided to do this challenge I really didn’t know what to expect from myself, I didn’t know if I’d give up after a few weeks or what would happen.
I guess I just decided I’m going to do it, and I can be pretty stubborn when I decide on something. There’s just no way I’m not going to finish this!

This is your reminder you can do hard things!
I believe in you! 👏🏼💪🏼✨🌸💕

Let’s finish 2026 strong 💪🏼

The number on the scale doesn’t define you, the way you choose to spend your days does.

Every day aim to be 1% better than yesterday, believe in yourself and just know, you can do hard things.

Letting the pressure of “pace” get to you can ultimately ruin your run.

This was a lesson I was reminded of today. And a good check in with myself that pace is NOT everything, and pace doesn’t define you.

Have you guys experienced anything similar? I’d love to know your opinion on this.
