Habit stacking is one of the keys to success. One I love is: Get up early, go for a run, walk back home on the beach, jump in the water, say my prayers and gratitude lists, then get out and write in my journal. The days I get to do this are magical… I love Miami. It’s just enough tropical life and then come back to so many dope realities that coexist here: art, photography, real estate, friends, family, the future….

And for those two minutes I’m floating with a smile on my face? Bliss. Serenity. Gratitude. Peace. Love. God. Oneness.

Thank you God for the day… the weekend… the week… thank you God for my life.

Welcome to my place of joy, wonder and play!

I did a photoshoot with @inkaoriginals in my community garden recently, and I can’t wait to share more soon.

This garden is where I go daily to stay grounded in the middle of the city. No acres, just a few raised beds tended to in Brooklyn, and somehow that is abundantly enough.

Stepping back into teaching after taking time off to pour into myself, I knew I wanted to bring women here.

As part of my 6-week root chakra immersion, Deeply Rooted, we’ll gather in person to make medicine together, like the herbal bath you’re watching me create here, using plants I’ve been tending to all season. These baths will energetically support you throughout the program.

The immersion is hybrid by design. Weekly sessions are online, because some of this work is meant to happen in the comfort and privacy of your own home and space, where your nervous system can actually relax.

But not all of it can happen through a screen. From experience, there’s something special that happens when women gather in nature and make medicine together. It was my favorite part of my herbalism apprenticeship, and I can’t wait for you all to experience this magic.

Can’t make it to NYC? You won’t miss a thing. Your root chakra bath will be shipped right to your door, along with a video tutorial so you can experience the ritual at home, on your own time.

Some of my favorite moments while traveling happen in between the plans. The quiet mornings, the spontaneous conversations, the moments right before the flight home when everything suddenly feels cinematic. ✨

This trip to Mexico was technically a wellness retreat… but you already know I had to make it fashion. We shot these right before my flight in the most dreamy spa setting, and somehow it turned into one of my favorite moments from the trip. 🌴🤍 Photos by 📸 @inkaoriginals at the most gorgeous spa location @angeliques_boutique_spa , these photos came together right before my flight while I was already wearing this dress… and honestly, it needed to be documented.

🌙 Planetary Energy Update | For the Gals & Guys

Today’s energy isn’t about cutting people off out of anger it’s about recognizing where your energy is no longer being matched.

With the current planetary influences highlighting self-worth, boundaries, and emotional clarity, many people are realizing:

✨ Not everyone is meant to come with you into your next chapter.
✨ Consistency matters more than potential.
✨ Effort is attractive.
✨ Communication is attractive.
✨ Reciprocity is attractive.

For the ladies: stop trying to convince someone to see your value.

For the men: stop pouring into people who only show up when it’s convenient.

The lesson isn’t “who can I keep?”
The lesson is “who is actually keeping pace with me?”

Sometimes growth looks like finding your people.
Sometimes growth looks like creating distance from those who continuously show you they aren’t ready for the level you’re operating on.

The planets are reminding us that healthy relationships romantic, friendships, business, and family require mutual respect, mutual effort, and mutual accountability.

If you’ve been feeling called to step back, reassess, or release connections lately, you’re not alone. Many are feeling the shift from chasing, proving, and overextending into a season of alignment, discernment, and self-respect.

✨ The right people won’t be perfect.
✨ The right people will be present.

And that changes everything.

I’m officially back in NY and I can’t wait to tell you guys more about @santubeautyco and my time at @angeliques_boutique_spa in Troncones, Mexico.
