I did a photoshoot with @inkaoriginals in my community garden recently, and I can’t wait to share more soon.

This garden is where I go daily to stay grounded in the middle of the city. No acres, just a few raised beds tended to in Brooklyn, and somehow that is abundantly enough.

Stepping back into teaching after taking time off to pour into myself, I knew I wanted to bring women here.

As part of my 6-week root chakra immersion, Deeply Rooted, we’ll gather in person to make medicine together, like the herbal bath you’re watching me create here, using plants I’ve been tending to all season. These baths will energetically support you throughout the program.

The immersion is hybrid by design. Weekly sessions are online, because some of this work is meant to happen in the comfort and privacy of your own home and space, where your nervous system can actually relax.

But not all of it can happen through a screen. From experience, there’s something special that happens when women gather in nature and make medicine together. It was my favorite part of my herbalism apprenticeship, and I can’t wait for you all to experience this magic.
