: A special thanks to @buylikebuilders and my lovely family and friends for joining me in supporting @bangkokcommunityhelp in providing donations for the Bangkok flood relief efforts.

BLB has been instrumental in changing my life. It’s become a mission of mine during this trip to extend that blessing forward.

It’s unfortunate what happened, but it has been a true testament to resilience and community. 🙏🏼

In just 2 days, we have been able to put together:

• 165 lbs of rice
• 155 pads
• 360 bags of detergent
• 60 liters of cooking oil
• 30 liters of cooking seasonings
• 240 packs of noodles

: 670 years of history hidden in the Chiang Mai jungle. 📿 Wat Pha Lat became the ultimate sanctuary for the soul. The weathered monk statues stand as silent guardians over a waterfall oasis where the power of ancient prayers echoes through the trees. : Take a trip a bit outside of Bangkok’s city center to have a Michelin lunch with me along the Chao Phraya River. It’s still raining season so we opted for a seat indoors.

People know about Tom Yum, but have you ever tried Gaeng Ran Juan ( #แกงรัญจวน )? It’s known as the Thai royal curry. The name means a curry you yearn for because of its wonderful aroma. It does not use coconut milk. Instead it features a clear, sharp broth that balances sour, salty, sweet, and spicy flavors. My first time having it and I am craving for another chance to go back.

: It’s amazing how quickly a scent can unlock memories and feelings. One whiff of a paperback took me back to the little girl who used to obsess over books—fiction, nonfiction, autobiographies, self-development, science, and anything else that let me travel through my mind before I could travel the world.

I remembered being six years old, tucked away in a hidden corner of my local library, surrounded by piles of books I was ambitiously trying to finish before it was time to go home.

: had an amazing opportunity to grab a last minute booking at Restaurante Prodigi. Each dish was a work of art and very intentional. Service was amazing and thoughtful.
