The weather is cooling down, and curry is a favorite warming comfort food of mine. The sweet coconut milk balances the spicy curry paste, jalapeño, and nasturtium perfectly. I love shrimp or fish in my curry, but chicken or beef pair nicely with it too.

🍔Burger bowls are one of our house favorites for meal prep. Honestly I’ll smash them hot or cold. They hit either way. Easy & simple high protein meal to set yourself up for success.

🍴Ingredients:
•Roasted root veg. In this case it’s sweet potatoes.
•grass-fed cheddar
•grass-fed ground beef
•hemp hearts

•chopped dill pickles
•toasted sesame seeds
•smash sauce (yellow mustard, ketchup, Greek yogurt or mayo, & dill pickle juice)

Pro-tip: eat out of the pan. Save dishes.

Who else loves breakfast for dinner?

Been on a journey to perfect my pancake game. Ever since having @commune_va pancake stack, I’ve been a sucker for a cornmeal pancake or waffle. If you haven’t had theirs, go tomorrow or honestly any day of the week. They are open until 2 PM serving a seasonal & super satiating farm to table brunch menu.

In this recipe I used locally grown and milled flour from @rosehillheritagefarm1630 & @bobsredmill organic cornmeal. Smeared grass-fed butter on them, added fresh picked backyard raspberries (yessssss! That bush is still producing), and drizzled organic maple syrup for the perfect brekkie bite.

Justin has been dreaming about the airy & perfect pancake he had at @foundingfarmers a couple weekends ago, so to him these could have been lighter. Going to tweak some things to find that desired lighter texture, so be on the look out for a remix. I, however, loved these, so here’s the recipe below fam.

🥞Ingredients:
3 eggs
2c @creambrookfarm raw milk
2c @bobsredmill cornmeal
2c @rosehillheritagefarm1630 flour
2tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1/2c coconut sugar
1tsp salt
6tbsp melted butter

Mixed all ingredients. Poured in pan. Flipped when they bubble, duh. 🫶🏽

The sound of @saltandarrowranch grass-fed & finished steak hitting the cast iron was music to my ears. Superior beef raised intentionally tastes like no other.

I put a little EVOO on the steak, seasoned w| salt & pepper and seared it on the cast iron pan. Ate it on a bed of pea shoot pesto quinoa salad. The quinoa had roasted @drishticompost purple potatoes, @seafieldfarmva steamed green beans, chopped apples, sprouted pumpkin seeds, and was all tossed in a @countritude_microgreens pea soot pesto.
