Eau Revoir. Light projection on a water screen, showing a cheerful and colourful journey over and through the water. Eau Revoir was shown in Kortrijk, Deinze, Roeselare and Zulte. Since this video was shot on a very windy day, you’ll see the wind trying to blow away the water screen as well.

Coming back to @bksfestival feels like coming home.

This year was special. We invited new artists to become part of the story we wanted to tell.

Requiem of Bubbles is a cascade of image, movement and colour on a waterscreen. It transforms the chaos of today’s world into a swirling collage of analog drawings, film, clay stop motion and digital animation, each artist bringing their own hand, their own vision.

Every image is a reflection of the world we live in: twisted, transformed, and bursting with colour.

This is what happens when you open the door to new voices.

@wildeburg 2026 ✨

Some places just feel like coming home, and Wildeburg is one of them.

This year we returned with new creation for the beach (groote strand), where so many of you choose to pause, breathe and drift away for a while.
Every edition we try something different, always with the same intention: turning those quiet moments into memories that feel truly unique.

Thank you to everyone who lay down, looked up, dreamed and shared that space with us.

We’re already counting the days until we’re back.

Ever wondered how we make images float on water? 🔮

At festivals, people often stop, stare and ask us: “How is this even possible?” So here’s a little peek behind the scenes 👀

Before the gates open, we’re already there: testing, adjusting and setting up until everything is just right.

The magic you see is the result of everything you don’t see.

Vernissage: Graffiti Utopía Utrecht — Part 2
This time we met the artists and storytellers behind this incredible installation, a project that captures the dreams of everyday locals in Utrecht.
Real stories. Real dreams. Painted on the walls of the tunnel near Utrecht Central Station.

📍 Open to the public now through December, right before I Light U brings its next installation to the same space.
Huge thanks to everyone who showed up and made this new series of stories and dreams possible. 🙏

Soon more details about artist and stories in @graffiti.utopia

Thanks @kalistarosa for the video

Some moments from July with the Deventer Ops telten theatre festival. This time we managed to create memorable moments in two different spaces. Do you recognize any of them?

Water can be more than water, it can be a message.

As part of our interview series, co-founder Julian Van Buul walks us through one of our favourite builds this year for Best Kept Secrets Festival 2026: a custom water fountain designed and engineered from scratch for the festival.

In this clip, you’ll see both sides of it, the behind-the-scenes work and the result live on-site, doing exactly what it was built to do.

What makes it special is its versatility: it’s not just water and light, it’s a surface that can carry any message, any story.

Souvenir @bksfestival 2025
Last year we brought our 4D fountain to one of the Netherlands’ biggest alternative music festivals for the very first time summoning the Goddess of Water in full colour, merged with liquid visuals by LSDIA.

What you see here is someone mirroring the movements projected on the fountain.

Those movements are originally performed by dancer @anastasia.bubulica . We love starting analog capturing real, human motion and transforming it into something that feels almost otherworldly.

We’re back for 2026.

Can’t wait to show you what’s next.

Festival season is here.

On Tuesday we were at @lochal013 recording new content for @wildeburg and moments like these remind us exactly why we do what we do.
We also never show up the same way twice.
This time we experimented with @hellorokoko motion capture gloves to create precise 3D recordings of moving fingers. Always something new. Always moving forward.
This summer we’ll be at different music festivals making sure every attendee takes home a visual memory of their experience.

See you there. 😎

Festival season is almost here and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead
While we prepare for everything that’s coming, Graffiti Utopia is still alive in Utrecht, a project that truly means so much to us. It has filled us with inspiration and planted the desire to one day bring this project to new cities, sharing different stories through every wall.
Huge thanks to everyone who made this possible.
This is only the beginning and we hope to see Graffiti Utopia grow in the future.

Thank you to everyone who was part of this project.

Going back to the roots, just as nature intended, just as spring begins.
An ode to what was always there.
In 2020, we were invited to ceremoniously open the Dutch Tourism theme year ‘Ode to the Landscape’ and we returned to one of the most untouched corners of The Netherlands: the Oostvaardersplassen.
Every image you see was captured there. Light moving through water. Birds in flight. Trees breathing. We took nature’s own movements and projected them back onto themselves a conversation between landscape and light.
The video was created together with cinematographer @roderikpatijn
