JULY IS PLASTIC FREE MONTH... here’s what we’re doing to go as single use plastic free as we can at Beer No Evil. We were in the 2026 Green Growth 100 for embedding environmental impact and sustainability from day one into our ethos. No plastic milk cartons here. No plastic snack packaging here either. Just trying to do the right thing for our environment and you.

Last week… what fun! Great to see so many of you for the Inaugural East Worthing Indie Beer Triangle event. The Otherworld beers were cracking and we still have a few pints left, so have a sunshiney walk and get in quick! We went to the Green Growth 100 awards, big up fellow beery winners Fell Brewery! We also took the opportunity to meet up with the excellent Clare and the Pressure Drop Crew to discuss our Worthing Tap Takeover beers! Whoop!

OCTOBER. IT’S OUR 8TH BIRTHDAY MONTH! SO WE’RE NOT EXACTLY EASING OURSELVES IN…

FIRST…On Sunday 25 October, BEER NO EVIL TURNS EIGHT, with the East Worthing Jukebox Society there will be cake and hopefully DANCING!

Homebrew Club keeps Octoberfest vibes going with our bierFEST Challenge on Wednesday 14 October, with everyone brewing German beer styles.

Then Album Club celebrates its FOURTH birthday on Thursday 15 October. Four years of listening, talking, occasionally disagreeing and giving whole albums the attention they deserve.

Then the turntables are warmed up at Rotation on Thursday 29 October for our October Finale as we finish the month with a SATURDAY NIGHT HALLOWEEN Day of the Dead BYO Vinyl Special on Saturday 31 October.

We’ll share more about everything as the month unfolds. For now, get those dates in the diary!

bierFEST 2026: ONE LAST SUNDAY.

Our bierFEST Closing Party runs from 12–6pm today, with music from 2pm courtesy of The Mighty Joe Black and Ruprekt Scheisse.

Expect a KrautroktoberFEST journey through Kraftwerk, Can, Kompakt, Innervisions, Jazzanova and whatever else escapes the record bags.

Before the records start, we’re meeting at Beer No Evil at 10:45am for our Beach Clean. Come and help us show the seafront a little love and enjoy 10% off as a thank you for getting involved.

Clean beach. Delicious indie drinks. Excellent records. Home by seven. A very sensible Sunday.

The East Worthing Jukebox Society returns TODAY for another afternoon of BYO VINYL.

LAST MONTH, SOME PEOPLE WALKED INTO A BAR WITH A PILE OF RECORDS…

Then we let them loose on the decks. This is what happened.

Bring 20 minutes of records, stick your name on the board and then YOU are the DJ. Play the tunes you love, something unexpected or that record you bought because the sleeve looked good and have been waiting for an excuse to unleash.

Bring it back to Beer No Evil for a fresh beer or sustainable wine refill. Reuse the bottle, choose something good and bring it back again next time.

The difficult bit is usually remembering it—so put it by the door, in your shopping bag or somewhere it can make you feel mildly guilty.

BACK ONCE AGAIN…THIS WEEK AT BEER NO EVIL…

Thursday night sees the return of Rotation, with Shoreham 303 and Daff digging through the crates from 7:30–9:30.

Then on Sunday, the East Worthing Jukebox Society returns for BYO Vinyl. Bring along 20 minutes of records and, for a little while at least, YOU are the DJ.

We’ve some delicious Indie Drinks Landing too, as we warm up for bierFEST and keep those IPA and Pale specials coming, as well as Delicious Wines! We’ll share this week’s Fresh Drops and what’s new on draft once everything has arrived and found its way into the fridges and onto the taps.

Wow, what an awesome weekend at Worthing Food & Drink Festival 🥳

We met some awesome people, poured a lot of Indie Beer with our friends at Beer No Evil and had just an amazing time 🍻

Thank you to everyone who came and saw us, a huge shout out to Worthing Bid for putting on this awesome event…roll on 2027 🥳
