We love our Behind the Key’s by CAAA format @behindthekeys_by_caaa —
for many reasons.
For uniqueness.

For an atmosphere that feels like a celebration stretching over several days.

because during these evenings, we allow ourselves to step away from our usual culinary direction

It all started with a simple conversation.
— Hi Ben, how are you? You intrigued us — tell us more.
— Hi Chef. I created an album called Michelinman — every track is built around food, Michelin, and high gastronomy.
— Interesting. We love the idea. We love your rhythm. When?
— I’m open for next year.
— Perfect. Second week of January.
— Deal.
— Deal. I’ll send the details.
— We’re in.
And just like that — it began!
