📻 FREE RECIPES from my new cook book! ⬇️

🥰What a lovely afternoon at BBC Radio Wales!

❤️ I had the pleasure of chatting with @behnazakhgar on the Midweek Menu about my new cookbook, Family and about something I’m incredibly passionate about: proving that healthy food can be quick, easy, family-friendly and delicious.

We talked about creating recipes that fit into real life, even on the busiest days, without compromising on flavour. That’s exactly what Family is all about.

The BBC have kindly shared two (very fast to make!) recipes from the book:

🍔 Pulled Chicken Buns
🍰 Marshmallow Cloud Cake

If you’d like to try them completely free, simply Google:

🔎 BBC Radio Wales Midweek Menu Pulled Chicken Buns Claudine Boulstridge

or

🔎 BBC Radio Wales Midweek Menu Marshmallow Cloud Cake Claudine Boulstridge

I hope you love them as much as we do!

If you’ve ever wished healthy cooking could be simpler, faster and something the whole family actually wants to eat, that’s exactly why I wrote Family. ✨

❤️ Comment BOOK below and I’ll send you:
📖 The link to buy Family
🎙️ The link to listen to the full 35-minute BBC Radio Wales interview

Thank you so much for all your support

Awesome time on @bbccymruwales with @behnazakhgar and happy to be her @hangfirebbq Jets! We absolutely love popping in with our midweek menu ideas. Today we had Irish Stew pasties with hogget and a Macha Bara Brith triffle. We got our Bara Brith from the lovely @bakedbymel. Celebrating St Patrick’s Day, but with a Welsh twist. Thanks to Adam Walton for his leftover ingredients - hope you enjoy the burger recipe!
