We went to see @brains_on live today! The kids love this podcast and they had a good time watching the action happen. AJ had the chance to answer one of the questions about the mystery sound and gave a great answer. by @being_adriane

I had a great time at the yoga+silent disco+art exhibit at @playdetroit this weekend. The yoga flow was led by @laurenj.williams who brought all the positive energy 🧘🏾‍♀️. I can't wait to go back! taken in PLAYGROUND DETROIT by @being_adriane

Shout out to @christi.newrutzen for motivating me to stop procrastinating! It took me 20 minutes to clean this desk and it was a hot mess I ignored for months. by @being_adriane

We took a field trip to the Detroit Zoo today and the animals were outside 💃🏾. If you didn't know, the Detroit Zoo is a rescue zoo so the animals are never forced to come outside and their welfare always comes first over entertainment. We got lucky with weather that wasn't too hot so we were comfortable, and apparently so were all of our furry friends. by @being_adriane
