It’s Black Theatre Day 🤍 20 years ago I was doing Now That I can Dance with @mosaicdetroit and that’s when I knew that I’d be a Theatre Artist for the rest of my life. Sharing some of my favorite Blackity Black Theatre moments from over the past 20 years. So grateful to walk this path and to have aligned with some of the most beautiful Black playwrights, artists, Theatres and collaborators. I am who I am because of Black Theatre. Carrying the torch forward 🎭 🙏🏾🥹

I told myself I was going to do a better job of bragging on myself. Especially during #blackhistorymonth 🤎Mainly, because I have a bad habit of minimizing big things that I do or am a part of. Nothing about me is light work, so I gotta start acting like it🙃. So with that being said, I am sharing the labor of love that me and my social media team worked on @generalmotors . We built out the social media campaign for our THIRD Super Bowl commercial. You heard me right…we’ve done this type of work THREE TIMES now. Campaigns that are most definitely career highlights and most people would only dream of…🗣️WE did that 👏🏽 This time around I felt elevated as a leader and empowered as a decision maker. I did things differently and way bolder than I have in years past. I’m really proud of this version of me in my career journey, and I’m really grateful for this level of growth. #IworkforGM
