🤎 When was the last time you truly switched off?

Not the kind of rest where you’re still thinking about your to-do list… but the kind where you finally exhale, your shoulders soften, and you give yourself permission to simply be.

✨ Join us at Palm Creek Retreat NT for a beautiful Cacao & Sound Journey.

We’ll begin by connecting over a heart-opening cup of cacao, creating space to slow down, set an intention and reconnect with ourselves.

Then, allow the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and healing sounds to wash over you, guiding you into a state of deep rest, relaxation and stillness. 🌙

No expectations. No pressure. Nothing to achieve.

Just a little time for YOU. 🤎

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer and more connected.

📍 Palm Creek Retreat NT, Darwin
✨ Your invitation to rest, release & reconnect.

Tag the friend who needs this reminder just as much as you do. 🤍

Nothing - I’d rather watch my dog dribble than waste time replying to this shit

Whose f*cking business is it anyway… theirs or mine??

FFS - some people 🙄

Follow me for more spiritual content like this, cos someone’s gotta stay grounded & in their own f*cking lane

There are NO CO-INCIDENCES

I didn’t realise how much significance this session would have

& how much it would change an outcome for JJ & I

Always….
Always….
Always trust your intuition

I will share this beautiful communicator as soon as she’s ready

We took her back to that Original lifetime

& clarified the uneven power distribution that had plagued her in 4 lifetimes before that

Once she had a deep understanding of the power playing out, we healed it at the Original lifetime in the Akashic Records & the Book of her Soul

The power balance shifted in this lifetime

So much so, that her whole reality shifted with it

If your interested to know more comment “Akashic” & I’ll (me - actually me) send you details

Or DM & 🔗

Action action action

You want the things, but if you look back to all of the times you wanted things to change - & they didn’t - it is simply a case of No action

This is the literal definition of “Free Will”

Your ability to decide & action the dream, goal, ending or result

This is where Spirit don’t interfere… they give you the intel - the excitement- the breadcrumbs … & then expect you (the human) to do the thing

Take action - even if it’s in a small way

One small step towards what you want, will get you closer than none

& if you’re looking for something more personalised - DM or 🔗 for readings

🌕 Maybe you don’t need to do more… maybe you just need a moment to BE. 🤎

Imagine sipping a warm cup of cacao, setting an intention and allowing the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls to carry you into a place of deep rest and relaxation.

A moment to pause.
A space to breathe.
An opportunity to let go of the outside world and reconnect with yourself. ✨

Our Full Moon Cacao & Sound Journey at Palm Creek Retreat NT is an invitation to slow down, quiet the mind and nurture your wellbeing.

Through cacao, intention setting, gentle ritual and a restorative sound journey, we create space to release what you’re ready to let go of and welcome in what you need more of. 🌙

As we move towards the wet season, our beautiful bell tent will take a seasonal break, and our setting will evolve with nature. 🌿 But the heart of what we offer remains the same.

A space to rest, release & reconnect.

Whether you’re coming on your own, with a partner or alongside a friend, you’re welcome here. 🤎

If this experience speaks to you, save this reel for a moment when you need to slow down, or tag someone you’d love to share the journey with.
