🌕 Maybe you don’t need to do more… maybe you just need a moment to BE. 🤎 Imagine sipping a warm cup of cacao, setting an intention and allowing the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls to carry you into a place of deep rest and relaxation. A moment to pause. A space to breathe. There are moments that deserve to be honoured… and this was one of them. 🤍 Before opening the doors of my new bell tent, a beautiful soul performed a Despacho ceremony—an ancient Andean offering of gratitude, intention and reciprocity. Every flower, seed, sweet and symbolic item placed into the offering represented a prayer. Together they became a gift back to Mother Earth, acknowledging that everything we receive is part of a sacred exchange. As the despacho was lovingly created, intentions were woven into this space For me, this wasn’t just about blessing a tent. It was about setting the energy for every story, every breath, every tear, every laugh and every soul that will be held here. May this space always be filled with love, gratitude and gentle transformation. 🌿🤍 #PalmCreekRetreat #DespachoCeremony #SacredSpace #HealingJourney #SoundHealing Reiki BellTent IntentionalLiving Gratitude WomenSupportingWomen

In this episode, I’m joined by Belinda Joy — psychic medium, cacao ceremonialist, past life regression specialist, and one of the most grounded voices I know in the spiritual space. This is a real, honest conversation about what actual psychic and healing work looks like — not the performative, bypass-y stuff. We talk about: How to recognise a true yes or no in the body (and why your body is the ultimate truth teller) Using discernment when choosing a psychic, healer, or spiritual guide What shadow work really is (and why avoiding it keeps people stuck) Why developing your psychic skills is essential — and also why not everyone should be doing this work professionally The responsibility that comes with working with people’s energy, trauma, and nervous systems This episode is for anyone who: Knows they’re intuitive but doesn’t fully trust it yet Has been burned or confused in spiritual spaces Is tired of fluffy spiritual language with no substance Wants grounded, ethical, embodied spiritual development Everyone is psychic. But not everyone is meant to be a psychic for others. This conversation is refreshing, clarifying, and deeply empowering — especially if you’re ready to do the inner work properly and stop outsourcing your intuition. ✨ No bullshit. Just truth, responsibility, and real spiritual maturity.
