Happy Halloween 🎃

Grandma and grandpa stayed up past midnight, spooky. by @bellamberry

If your nervous system is overwhelmed, if you’re craving sisterhood, or if something in you is curious… I’d love you to experience the transformative power of breathwork while being held in the presence of women.

Together, we’ll share ceremonial cacao, a guided conscious connected breathwork journey and sound integration, with an intimate sharing circle where you can show up exactly as you are.

There is no right way to experience this. You don’t need to have it all figured out, know what to expect or come with a particular intention.

You are welcome to breathe, feel, rest, express or simply be.

✨ Women’s Breakthrough Breathwork Journey
🤎 Guided by Bella Berry | Higher Breath
🗓️ 15 November 12:30pm
📍 Unplugged Yoga. Ashgrove

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate and supportive.

Book your place via the link in my bio.

With love,

Here’s something that @bellamberry brought into our relationship that helped us, but particularly me.

I’ve struggled to set boundaries and communicate with partners in the past and this created a space where we could communicate honestly and openly.

It’s light hearted, sometimes it gets more serious, but it’s been helpful and for someone who tends to bottle things up.

It obviously takes two to tango with this and you do need a mutual agreement that this is a space to be honest, however uncomfortable that might be. by @bellamberry

Literally nothing to report, just got my first pedicure in over a year today and felt god-like?

Sure I’d been saving money. But at what cost?! 😩
❤️❤️❤️❤️✨✨🌺 by @bellamberry

It’s hard to describe the feeling I get during and after holding these women’s breakthrough breathwork sessions.

Mainly it’s just honoured ❤️ I get to witness women so openly, as they remember who they are.

I see the layers crack open. I see them fully, without their masks and the many labels so many women wear. I see what is often hidden, come to light to be felt, heard and accepted.

I see their power, their tenderness and their innate desire and ability to reach out to one another… even during their own personal experiences, there’s an invisible string that attaches us to one another. And when there’s a tug, there’s always an open heart or a hand ready to reciprocate with understanding.

It is not taught, but somehow as women, we are in-built with the ability to carry each other. And when we feel safe and supported, we don’t feel any shame when it is our turn to be carried.

Sometimes we forget how to feel or don’t give ourselves the time. Conscious connected breathing in a breakthrough session is the tool and the gateway to help us drop into “being” once again.

I’m so grateful to create this space, in a world where community is hard to find.

I’d love you to join us for this weekend to experience it for yourself.

Come for the cacao, breathwork and deep release… stay for the laughs, the bliss and the community 🫶
