Get down on it, y’all... your first AI employee starts TODAY. 🐶🤖

Meet JumpyBot. He’s my dog bot, and he walks you through The AI Employee Handbook one checkpoint at a time.

13 modules. By the end, your first AI agent is built and working inside YOUR business. Answering the same questions you answer over and over, like literally every week. Drafting the emails you keep putting off.

Small business owners, nobody is behind. You just haven’t made your first hire yet.

Want in? DM me the word HANDBOOK and I’ll get you access. 👇 taken in Scottsdale, Arizona by @bellavasta

“I've explained this already.”

Then the same question comes back while you're across town.

Check the material YOUR team is using. The blog explains how to connect the handbook with practical training and give new employees a clear place to get help.

DM me and I'll send you the link.

Which one comes back the most... the schedule rules or the pay questions?

I asked Claude for a list of everything we did today so I could post it on Facebook. It would have taken me 3 weeks, a bunch of contractors, and sleepless nights.

Now I can sit at the nail salon while 60 media pitches go out. Like literally. That is exactly how I met Elaine Pofeldt.

This clip is from Part 2 of Practical AI for a More Productive and Profitable Small Business, the New York Public Library's three-part series (@nypl), moderated by Elaine Pofeldt (@milliondollaronepersonbusiness).

What is the ONE task you would hand off first?

Part 3 is Monday, October 5 at noon ET, free and online through the New York Public Library. Search "Practical AI Part 3" on nypl.org to grab a seat. by @bellavasta

“I already staffed that trip.”

Then the cancellation lands... and you're deciding whether to waive the fee AGAIN.

Your office needs the same answer you'd give. The blog includes copyable policy language and the business choices to settle before your lawyer reviews it.

Which causes more confusion in your office... the notice deadline or what happens to the payment?

This video was a year and a half ago. This business owner is training fast than ever now. He’s your training program? See, the thing is - AI makes your ideas, your frameworks BETTER. While giving new hires a better experience with your company. This isn’t an idea. This isn’t something I’m telling you to do today. This is something my clients were doing 18months ago!!! And this month, I’m teaching them how to build their first agents. 😉 #aipetbusiness #petbusiness #petindustry #dogwalkers taken in Scottsdale, Arizona by @bellavasta

Stop bringing unfinished listing copy home with you. You guys, AI for real estate agents means handing off the writing you already know cold, then checking it before a client ever sees it. Start with one listing description. Review it like The Strainer taught you. That's the whole first step.

I'll check what AI is already saying about YOUR business, free, in two minutes, no card. bellavasta.com/audit.

Go to bellavasta.com and click Blog for the full walkthrough.

What's the one AI task you'd trust enough to send to a client today?

Always keep jumping.

“Can I afford to say yes?”

The holiday request is sitting there. Before you confirm it, check what delivering that care will cost YOU.

The blog covers fee choices and a dated rate schedule. You'll also find what to check when a booking crosses the holiday boundary.

Go to jumpconsulting.net and click Blog.

Do your holiday quotes make it clear which visits carry the extra charge?

I took everything I've been teaching, my whole brain dump, and had AI build this big long thing out of it. Then I made it fact check itself: show me the gaps, the blind spots, and everything we're missing.

Then I handed it to Codex. Then Codex's notes went back to Claude. And when they didn't agree, I literally asked, "Can you go talk to it?"

Don't ever take the first thing AI gives you. Ever, ever, ever.
