Building your first #AI agent, and #trekking in #Nepal — yeah, it's going to be an interesting week here on the @teamsolo Network. Now, over on Bella in Your Business, @bellavasta (Jump Consulting) is talking about building your first AI agent. Now, she wants you to understand: an AI agent is not a robot, it's not code — you need to treat it like it's a brand-new hire that you need to onboard with your voice, your client, your rules, things like that. She also wants you to understand the first pass is not going to be perfect — just like your first week with a new hire has a little bit of challenges, so will it be the same with the AI agent. Then she talks about how you can have a second AI agent that becomes the QA for the first AI agent — that's right, it's going to let you know any issues it finds, and give you a little bit better peace of mind about using an AI agent. Really fascinating episode, you're going to want to check that out — that is episode 477 of Bella in Your Business. Then, over on @smallandgutsy, Dr. Laura Scherck Wittcoff has a really fascinating conversation with Patti Shales Lefkos. She's the founder of Nepal One Day at a Time Society. She was a retired Canadian school teacher who decided to go trekking in Nepal — I don't know, in her 70s — and she did it. But she also saw some needs there in that community that she wanted to help, so she formed a nonprofit that is doing just that. They have rebuilt several houses for people over there, they fixed up some really run-down schools to make them better for the students, even built some library resources for the schools as well. And you know what? She just turned 80 — and what's she going to do? Yeah, go trekking in Nepal once again. Really amazing episode, you want to check it out — it's the Nepal One Day at a Time episode of Small & Gutsy. Now, you can find links to all of these over on the SoloPro Network website. Hey guys, have a great day!

Ego might get you started, but your "WHY" is what keeps you going. 💡 When you’ve been in entrepreneurship for years, you realize quickly that showing off only takes you so far. You will get knocked down, and when that happens, pure ego won't pick you back up. Your core purpose will. The most successful business owners are the ones willing to look in the mirror, adapt, and evolve before circumstances force them to. When you stop blaming external factors like the economy or location, you take back full control of your growth. Evolve before you’re forced to. What’s the core "why" that keeps you pushing forward? 👇 #PETxWorld #EntrepreneurMindset #BusinessGrowth #FindYourWhy #MindsetShift #BusinessStrategy #LeadershipDevelopment #PetBusiness #Entrepreneurship #GrowthMindset #OvercomingObstacles

Hey guys, lots of great stuff going on the SoloPro Network. Now, last week on @smallandgutsy , Dr. Laura Scherck Wittcoff dropped part two of her series on #TechTainment2026. If you don't know what it is, TechTainment 2026 is a one-day conference held in LA that brings together leaders in technology, entertainment, business, academia, and law to discuss the issues that are reshaping all of their industries. Now, on this particular episode, Dr. Laura sat down with Tricia Schafer — she's a neutral, a full-time #neutral with 31 years in the business, across all aspects of commercial controversies. Now, they really focus in on #implicitbias — recognizing it, understanding that it's completely normal, but also exploring techniques on how you can mitigate it. Really fascinating discussion, you're going to want to check it out. That's on the TechTainment 2026, part two episode of Small & Gutsy. And then this week, @bellavasta is talking AI again — she talks about #AIagent use cases for pet business owners. Now, as with much of Bella's valuable information, it applies to more than just pet business owners, it really applies to most business owners. You're going to want to check it out. In fact, she's got a four-question test to help you choose that first safe job to create an AI agent for. Definitely, definitely a lot of amazing stuff, you're going to want to check that out. That is on episode 476. You want to see links to these episodes, and see everything else that's been going on in the SoloPro Network, head on over to the SoloPro Network website at goSoloPro.com/network. AI doesn’t have to be complicated. And you definitely don’t have to become a “tech person” to use it in your pet business. Start with ONE thing that’s eating up your time. Maybe it’s responding to reviews. Building your FAQ. Creating routes. Turning notes into client updates. Or simply figuring out what in your inbox actually needs your attention. Bella Vasta breaks down real examples of how pet sitters are using AI right now, plus the mindset shift that can help you get started. 🐾 Pick one task. Try it this week. See what happens. Hey guys, another great episode dropped this week on the SoloPro Network. On Bella in Your Business, Bella asked the question, "Is your business website AI ready?" Now she talks with Erika Godwin from Barketing Solutions about what actually makes a pet-sitting business website AI ready. Now again, while they focus on pet sitting businesses, a lot of the information that they drop can be applied to businesses across the board. Things like the trust signals that AI checks before recommending your business, why schema markup and real service pages matter way more than an attractive website, and how raw server data reveals AI traffic that Google Analytics never sees. You're going to want to check that out. That's episode 473 of Bella in Your Business. Now you can find links to this show and other great shows on the SoloPro Network website. Hey guys! Have a great day!

For Bella Vasta, artificial intelligence isn’t about Silicon Valley. It’s about getting through the day. Dinner. Doctor’s appointments. School meetings. Summer vacation planning. “I always say AI is a spectrum because everybody uses it differently,” said Vasta, a Scottsdale consultant and single mother. “But it’s all the same underneath. It’s about turning ‘I can’t’ into ‘I can.’” Click the link in our bio to keep reading. 📸: Courtesy photo #bellavasta #artificialintelligence #ai #scottsdale #scottsdaleaz #scottsdalearizona
