Tile showrooms in Rockland + W. Yarmouth!

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Manifesting a Dream:🛟 A Cape Cod sanctuary brought to life.

Long before construction began, the homeowners imagined how they wanted to live on this quiet piece of land where woods meet marsh. Designed by SV Design and built by Cape Associates Inc., the home realizes its owners’ longtime dream through a highly coordinated process that began well before construction. Every decision, from the home’s linear form and moody cedar exterior to its graceful indoor-outdoor connections, responds to the site’s unique character and environmental constraints.

Elevated Luxury Primary Bathroom! We paired bold tiling and warm wood cabinetry with custom lighting details to elevate this space. A stunning wallpaper print in the primary bedroom beautifully frames the closet area, completing this next-level bathroom retreat.

Open, airy, and made for gathering
This kitchen was designed to stay connected to everything around it.
Soft neutrals, warm white oak floors, and three sculptural pendants overhead. Calm enough to feel like a retreat, functional enough for everyday life.

🏠🔨 BLITZ BUILD DAY 3!

Another HUGE day at the 2026 Blitz Build! This house is changing by the hour. 💙

Today, flooring was installed throughout the home, including bathroom tile, kitchen cabinets and vanities went in, interior trim began, solar brackets and wiring were installed and inspected, ERVs were installed, countertops were templated, and the siding is about 95% complete! 👏

Tomorrow, we keep moving with insulation, interior trim and baseboards, kitchen cabinet crown, countertops, plumbing finishes, the HERS blower door test, exterior completion, interior painting and more.

A massive thank you to all of the incredible HBRACC members, tradespeople and partners who helped make today happen:

Coastal charm meets timeless elegance in this Cape Cod primary bath ✨ We layered a hand-painted floral wallpaper against graphic marble mosaic flooring for a look that’s soft, textural, and anything but ordinary. Double vanity, brushed nickel fixtures, and antique-style mirrors round out the space.

Backpacks, shoes, sports gear, mail...give it somewhere to go. Hooks at the right height, closed storage, baskets, and a designated spot for everyday essentials can make a mudroom or entryway work so much harder.
