Manifesting a Dream:🛟 A Cape Cod sanctuary brought to life.

Designed by SV Design and built by Cape Associates Inc., the home realizes its owners’ longtime dream through a highly coordinated process that began well before construction. Every decision, from the home’s linear form and moody cedar exterior to its graceful indoor-outdoor connections, responds to the site’s unique character and environmental constraints.
