A few bites in collaboration with @aesop‘s Fragrant Fables to celebrate the newest addition to their collection, Unforeseen Aer. It was so fun to complete the full sensory experience of these fragrances by creating flavors and textures using their radical ingredients. Below are our bites and the fragrant fables they were inspired by. Unforeseen Aer: An ~empty~ nutmeg pastry puff with spun sugar and basil cream Silently Hwyl: Cedar smoked goat cheese with chamomile syrup and endive Boundless Eremia: Sourdough toast with tomato leaf butter and tomatillo jam Marrakesh Intense: A chilled jasmine and clove tea Photos by @korthavens by @bellibelli.la

brand identity and world building for @bellibelli.la, a creative catering studio in LA. woking around the image of ꜱᴛᴀᴄᴋᴇᴅ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴇꜱ ɪɴ ᴛʜᴇ ꜱɪɴᴋ ᴀꜰᴛᴇʀ ᴀ ɢᴏᴏᴅ ᴅɪɴɴᴇʀ. 𓐐𓎩 it actually became the philosophy for building the visuals! the imperfections, the edges of the plates, the utensils, the wonkiness that still holds onto each other. all these characters apply to the bellibelli brand identity. the wordmark sits at that same tilt, and the layout borrows the looseness, so nothing lines up perfectly even though the structure underneath is strict. typography, menus, allergen icons, brand deck, the whole kit. Thank you Alyssa and Sera for trusting me through the whole process εїзˊ°̮ˋ by @bellibelli.la
