The choice to enter this whirlpool has never been an easy one. But for me or all my friends and peers it seems that we never really had the choice. Creation is something rewarding and more than that it’s a path towards life (or to death actually) but no matter who we are, how successful we are or whatever we produce the thing to keep in mind is that we’re all trying our best every single day of our lives. More than a passion, it’s a pure dedication to something that those better than us started a long long time ago and who we’re looking at every day with a deep and secret hope to get maybe kinda close one day, but more than that to not disappoint them. When we speak about Bruegel or use Polke as a reference or keep mentioning Darboven or Mike Kelley it’s nothing but love and a delicate way to invoke their genius and ask for a little protection at the same time.
