With over 500 traditional dishes, can you really blame me?!

I love how much of our history is in our food. Indigenous roots, waves of migration and so many cultures and flavours coming together to make Peruvian cuisine what it is today. One of the most diverse and delicious in the world! (and yes, I might be just a little biased 🤭) x

What a way to celebrate 33 years on this Earth!

Five days walking through the Peruvian Andes, from the mountains at 4,600 m all the way down towards the jungle. The landscapes changed every day, and 78 km later, we made it to the magnificent Machu Picchu.

But the real gift was sharing it all with mum, little brother and auntie. The laughter, the tears, the celebrations, the rituals and all the love. I’ll carry these memories in my heart forever.

I chose to do my YTT in northern India to explore the spiritual side of yoga, not expecting how challenging it would be, both physically and emotionally. The past three weeks have been a journey of learning and unlearning. While I still have much to process, I’m leaving with a grateful heart and with so many new tools to navigate my practice and life ✨

Cuando decidí hacer mi profesorado en el norte de India, mi intención era explorar el lado espiritual del yoga en el lugar donde se originó. Little did I know lo demandante que sería, tanto física como emocionalmente. Las últimas tres semanas han sido un viaje de aprendizaje y desaprendizaje, y aunque aún tengo mucho por procesar, me voy con el corazón lleno de gratitud y con muchas nuevas herramientas para navegar mi práctica y mi vida ✨
